The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Access to the 3 Vallées ski area via the Orelle "3 Vallées Express" cable car (35/40 min drive) and access to Val d'Isère (in summer) via the Col de l'Iseran.

Shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the departures of the ski lifts for Champagny / La Plagne / Paradiski, 10 min walk, and the possibility of a free shuttle. Our Residence is located in a natural setting, apartment above the restaurant Le Laurelma (closed in the evening) between France and Italy, with stunning views of Lake Mont Cenis (a little more about this apartment: bedroom with panoramic lake view) With many walks to do nearby, the first small Italian town is about a 30-minute drive away, and the Val-Cenis resort is a 15-minute drive away. The city of Turin is a 1-hour drive away.
