Cozy House in the historical centre of Town

Our place is located close to the Mekong River, center of historical town, 15 to 20 min to Boat Pier, Train Station and Airport. Restaurants, Cafés with sunset river terraces, Bakery, small shops and Laundry in walking distance. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The bedrooms incl. bathrooms are situated on two levels. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and is upstairs. A 2 single bed bedroom in Ground Floor. No Pets. No smoking indoors.

Leu Tribe Historical House

Very old wooden house that has been rebuilt and RENOVATED in town from a Leu tribe of northern laos. This house is a museum so if you are interested about the culture and architecture, it is a great option. It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and toilet and 1 living room with 1 sofa and 1 bed upstairs. Downstairs is the open kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. IMPORTANT: This house IS NOT MODERN, and has NO MODERN FACILITIES. The roof is made of a particular bamboo and there is NO INSULATION.

The Namkhan, Art Deluxe Room

The Namkhan Deluxe features a full-length balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. Inside, it offers with handmade teak furniture, a large double bed, ceiling and floor fans, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a hot water rain shower and complimentary environmentally friendly products. The Namkhan Deluxe is an ideal choice for couples or a small family with young children, with the option of adding one extra bed with additional charge.

Hom's Home in the old town

Homs's Home is located in the center of the old town. Nevertheless, it is very quiet here. The house is just a few steps away from the Mekong River, where there are many cafes and restaurants. From here you can easily explore the old town on foot. The house has a kitchen and an outside seating area. The two are located beside each other but they are separate.The second bedroom can only be reached walking through the first bedroom. There is a door between the two bedrooms.
