Styled with a Mediterranean influence, this comfortable, generously appointed apartment located directly on the sea front offers you the perfect space in which to enjoy your stay in Dubrovnik. The Azure Apartment is a brand new modern two bedroom apartment with terrace, balcony, and garden with breathtaking sea views. It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests with possibility of 1 extra guest using the sofa bed (130x210 cm) in the living area. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. The 50 sqm Apartment Royal is situated in a beautiful villa on the Lapad peninsula, only 5 mins walk from the nearest beaches and 4km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, main ferry port and bus terminal. The nearest bus stop is 50m away. It is completely new, with fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV with Netflix, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, romantic canopy bed and hydromassage bathtub. Studio "You & Me" is cute and comfortable studio for two, located in Dubrovnik, Lapad area, only 1 min away by foot from Lapad promenade and couple of minutes by foot from popular Sunset beach Lapad. Secured and free parking in our yard. Fast WIFI. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Also, we are 10 minutes away from the Old town BY BUS (about 3.5km far). The bus stop, supermarket, open green market are all in very short walking distance.

U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad.
