Great place to stay while visiting CSU. Easy to walk to campus. The place was very stylish and comfortable. Had all that we needed for the stay. College Avenue is just a block away which is great to walk to restaurants and bars.

What a lovely and clean space this host provided for us. My dance girls and I had a festival to be at all weekend so it was absolutely perfect as a quiet and relaxing clean place to crash after long days. We felt secure. A lovely spacious 1B1B. And my dog had plenty of space to chill for the day. The hosts were quick to respond which makes everything SO easy and peace of mind. Might even book again next year for the fest! When we received instructions, a map was provided to help locate our accommodation. However, the map is upside down (South is points up instead of North). Once I noticed it it was extremely easy to find. Overall, very clean, great place, amazing views, close to the areas you go to see.

Lori, Marsha and Robin were great hosts! Very responsive and helpful. Unit was clean and matched description, has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Love the location to Horsetooth and Spring Canyon park.

This is a gem of a place! The home was well stocked and comfortable. The deck is lovely and spacious and the view is great. We were happy to be in a unit at the end of the building. The living arrangement was great for us with a nice separate master room with a king bed and bath and a room with a queen bed and bath connected by a door to a room with bunk beds. The location is great for getting to everything in Estes Park and to the Fall River Entrance to RMNP. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!! Loved the location. The host provided great instructions for arrival, parking, entry and overall stay. The beds were super comfy and the shower had great pressure (an extra plus for me). I would definitely stay again.

We had an AMAZING stay. Highly recommend!! The Airbnb is super spacious and very clean. Pictures do not do justice. The location could not have been better. Everything is steps out of the front door but when you’re inside- it feels like you’re a world away. Every night was so peaceful and so quiet! The kitchen is fully equipped, there is plenty of parking space, and you will likely encounter elk crossing right through the back patio!! Shawn is an amazing host- so attentive, organized, and kind. We will definitely be returning for all of our future family Estes trips!

We really enjoyed staying at Brennan's unit in Fort Collins for a getaway weekend from Denver. The unit was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood is about a mile from Old Town. Brennan and his family were great hosts and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again as it's close to downtown and the unit was very comfortable and easy to get to.

The place was great and close to Old Town! Very convenient. We had trouble with getting access to the unit late at night but Ferah made things right in the morning!

This was such a great loft, it was the best location and walkable to everything. Very peaceful balcony to hear the river and the entire loft was comfy and clean!

Trish’s place was very convenient and located close to everything. It was easily accessible and Trish was very responsive with any questions. The beds were super comfortable and for being a basement apartment, it was bright and cheery. We loved the nature area that was close by; we saw a herd of deer one evening just out the front door! We will definitely rent from Trish again!

Stayed at Fawn Valley and this particular condo several times over the years. Always clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 3. Very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small, but mostly stocked well and we had brought a lot from home. The beds were comfortable and everything went really well! The unit is not river-facing, but we were just a short walk from riverside benches and picnic tables, and a hot tub. The pool is a great option - the playground was maybe a little small for our 3.5 year old, but it was something to do. We walked one night up to highway 36 for dinner, there were several options within walking distance. Also a little mini golf place. Otherwise, we drove into downtown which was not far and the visitor center has a free parking garage. We loved how quiet and out of the way the complex was, and how close to the entrance for RMNP, which we did one day. We would stay here again - lots of fun and a nice getaway!

My wife and I planned a trip to Estes Park to celebrate our anniversary. We wanted a cozy place where we could relax, cook a few simple meals, and enjoy time in a hot tub. This little place was just right for what we wanted! We were able to prep the meals we wanted with the stove and the kitchen basics that were provided, and the fridge and freezer combo was a good size for a four day getaway. Although the place is small, it was all we needed for the two of us. It was just the right size to serve as home base between our outdoor adventures. We also took full advantage of a large movie selection available to borrow at the reception center—a really nice perk! The private hot tub was why we ultimate chose this place, and it did not disappoint. Getting to soak in our own hot tub after a day of hiking was wonderful. Communication with the hosts was clear and timely, and the check-in and check-out processes were simple. This was a great place for us and we would gladly recommend it.

We just completed our first stay at Stacy's "couples retreat." Honestly, we were looking for a place that was close to our son's house that he recently purchased in Fort Collins, and her home fit the bill. It was so much nicer than we had imagined, and we hope to take advantage of that in future stays (we spent most of our time moving furniture and doing house stuff at our son's house.) The lower level of the home is very private and beautifully done. While we did not use the hot tub or outside area, we definitely would during future visits. We also did not get a chance to use the sauna, but that is also on the list for next time! The shower is one of the best I have ever used, and that was very welcome after a long exhausting day! We appreciate the thoughtfulness that Stacy has put into the home and all of her instructions and notes were great. We would highly recommend Stacy's place and we look forward to returning!

This location is perfect for us as a spill over from our house we own. It is close and just what we need. The pool is great and plenty of room in the condo. Thanks for letting us stay.
