This place was everything I needed! Super clean, cozy, and everything was ready for me when I arrived. I loved having a washer and dryer, and the roof top hot tub? Literal heaven 😩✨ It made the whole stay feel extra relaxing. 10/10 would book again!

My wife & I really enjoyed our 3 nights at the Carriage house. Everything was top notch. Updated Kitchen and kitchen appliances. Updated shower including good water pressure. Even the stair way and the lockbox were updated. Coffee beans ready to be ground and brewed. The location was perfect - walking distance to both Old Town and CSU. The is separate from the main house - located atop a garage. Super quiet during the day and evening. Parking spot right outside the gate at the base of the stairs was super convenient. At 6 foot 4, I only bumped my head twice on a few of the angled ceilings. But all good and I would definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely place for my family of 5 to stay at. Great location in Estes Park - very close to Stanley Hotel, downtown area, RMNP. It was very clean, and I appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. I also appreciated that it was pet-friendly.

the host was super helpful. she hooked us up with some coffee and s coffee press when one wasn't available. the place is very peaceful and quiet. make sure to read the description because it's very rustic and has a cabin feel. which we enjoy but it's not everyones cup of tea. I'll recommend it to anyone who enjoys that feeling of nature and camping.

The view from the rooftop was absolutely beautiful. Erik was very proactive on making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. House is very cute and homely. Very accurate from the pictures and descriptions online. Within walking distance to almost everything you need. Highly recommended Erik and his family to host your next getaway!

Devan’s place is in the perfect location to downtown Fort Collins. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Devan’s place is very comfortable, impeccably clean, and offers plenty of privacy.

Check-in was easy and flexible. The house is in a very nice area, walking distance to old town and close to CSU's campus. Michelle was extremely nice and attentive throughout our stay. Any questions or concerns we had received a quick response. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained. Despite the cool fall weather during our stay, the unit kept a comfortable temperature and the air/heating worked well. Would definitely stay again when I am back in the area.

We had an excellent stay at Landin's! The place was comfortable, spacious and located in a quiet, residential area. We were easily able to walk to Old Town. Landin was always very responsive whenever we had a question or need. Highly recommend!

This was a great spot for us to stay while we were attending a friend's wedding! It was a good space; it felt cozy, and we appreciated the backyard for our dog to use.

We stayed here while visiting for our son's graduation from CSU, and it was the absolute perfect place for our visit. We have stayed at many AirBnbs over the years and have been hosts ourselves, and I can honestly say Tracy's place is one of the absolute best places we have ever stayed. Not only is it absolutely adorable, private, and beautifully decorated, but she has thought of every single detail with incredible attention to detail. Everything we could need was provided, and it was impeccably clean and organized. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend! The location was also perfect for everything we needed and wanted to do in Fort Collins.

The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We were only there a night, but would certainly return. The pups enjoyed exploring the fenced yard as well as greeting Bean. Good stay!

Loved loved loved this beautiful cozy home. Exactly what we needed for my relaxing birthday weekend. There's a delicious restaurant called Bai Tong across the street that is a MUST try if you like Thai food. It's in the pink house, we learned that building is a historical landmark and was absolutely beautiful inside. Our host was so friendly and responsive. Definitely would stay again 10/10!! We were in town visiting family, and this was a perfect place to relax and feel at home. It’s very clean with an updated look that’s very comfortable and quiet. If available, we will certainly rent this place again!

This was a nice setup for one person visiting my fighter at CSU. It’s a 20min drive to Gateway and a 15min walk to New Belgiam. Or a 10min walk to the Poudre. Abby and Kyle offered bikes to make the treks easier. Good times.

This place was exactly as described. Very clean. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Leslie's place is a gem! The location is private and in a great location in Fort Collins near Old Town. We would absolutely stay again and recommend this spot to anyone.

Troy was a terrific host. Highly recommend this wonderful space, especially if you like to walk and experience all the beautiful homes on Mountain/Oak.. Super short stroll to Old Town FOCO. We stayed here for my daughter’s dance program at CSU. It was spacious for my family and my older son’s family and a mother-in-law. No lack of TVs! There was plenty to keep busy: Darts, ping pong, corn hole, etc. The decor was cool with rough hewn wood walls, stone floor shower. Super quiet downstairs. The outside covered patio worked great for a get together for my daughter’s (early) graduation from CSU. Even had a propane fire pit to make s’mores! My only ‘complaint’, and this was minor, is it is a little noisy being right off of Prospect Rd. Would definitely stay again if in Ft. Collins.
