Excellent place to stay, it has a restaurant with very good food. The place is very complete, all the time there were carts that took you to the beach and it's a 2 min walk or 8 min walk. They have very established rules and even though there were a lot of people, we got palapa and beds everywhere. My children enjoyed the amenities that the residential has! The staff is super attentive.

The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos, received us staff who live in the building and were very friendly from the arrival. the plus is the private pool since we enjoyed at night and in the day, the sheets are of fabric somewhat hot and it is impossible to sleep because of the heat it is and the noise but it is understandable. I agree that they should put an air conditioning, improve the screen since it is 32 and it does not have streaming functions or Google but you are on vacation you are not going to watch TV, everything is very clean and in order we had a detail when we turned on the oven since the pill was overloaded but they solved it in less than 10 minutes. in general it is very good place widely recommended with all the comforts of a house and the privacy of the place the floor 2 and 3 can see the pool and that remains if you go as a couple but everything else is very much good. there are many ants should fumigate it is super comfortable I will return at another time first God

Raquel's apartment is beautiful, really as seen in the publications, clean, comfortable, spacious for a group of visitors, it has everything you need for a stay to feel at home, with a spectacular view of the city of Acapulco. The apartment is located approximately 5 minutes by car to the beach, or 6 blocks walking to the beach, since the apartment is located in a residential area of the sector, but very nice and quiet, it has its private car parking.

We loved everything, the place was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay, the host was always attentive and communicating for anything! Thank you very much! We'll be back soon!

We traveled as a family, we had an incredible time, the house has a very nice view. Roberto and Mrs. Mary's service is of a very good level, always attentive in everything. They make you feel like home.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! I love how this house has check in after 11 a.m. and check out after 1 p.m. - which is very rare but allows for more time to enjoy the stay. We were 11 adults and the bedrooms were a great size with comfortable, clean beds, cool A/C and the amount of bathrooms was plenty. The four staff were friendly and attentive. It was great being greeted with agua de Jamaica when we arrived and offered a tour of the house. We enjoyed the delicious meals from the cook, not having to clean or go grocery shopping! It was nice to have someone always there for any questions or things we might need. The pool and view were beautiful! We enjoyed the billiard table and big dining room table for family meals. The house is in a great and very safe location. We were close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Just be careful if eating ceviche because it was delicious and fresh but half of us got food poisoning. I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent communication and both Carlos and Victor are always attentive. They were always in communication to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Carlos was always attentive, especially because unfortunately the weather did not favor us much during our visit, however everything we needed was resolved. The house had an excellent view and a very nice pool. Everything is very tidy and with all the necessary amenities and requirements to be able to eat and have a great time. The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

The place is nice Actually, we liked everything from the apartment to the common areas of the condominium. The only point to note is that in the secondary bedroom there is no air conditioning, otherwise everything is excellent. Carlos is a very good host.
