Great private residence! Extremely quiet neighborhood. Great host. There were cupcakes and strawberries in the fridge for us with clear instructions in a binder on how to use everything. Johanns house was great and Charlene was a fantastic cohost!

I hesitate to give this place a good review because I don't want it to book up. I want it to be open for the next time we're in town. However, that wouldn't be fair to Cassandra. This place was amazing. Surrounded by so much green - including all the plants inside - I couldn't believe we were actually in the DFW area. Air conditioner worked great, house was clean, and it was furnished very tastefully. Loved it and can't wait to go back.

This place was amazing. Near a lot of great restaurants and bars. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The rooftop is the cherry on top of it! Ryan was a responsive host as well. Looking forward to staying again when we can!

Cute house! Currently, there's road construction blocking street access, but the detour wasn't bad once I figured it out.

Spacious house with plenty of room for our group of 8! Couch was so comfy and the living space is large and great for hanging out. Beds were so comfortable! Location is easily accessible from the highway, quiet, and 10-15 minutes from Main Street Grapevine. Only complaint is there wasn’t enough dinnerware, glasses and silverware for all of 8 of us. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice and responsive hosts during our stay in Irving. You’re nestled right in the quaint historic district which is quiet and peaceful. The home was as described in the photos and description. No issues during our stay and we are grateful we had the opportunity!

Great place to stay for a family wedding in Dallas! Pictures exactly like the home. Very quiet neighborhood. Right between DFW and Love field for easy access to either—20 minutes to either. Huge open kitchen, living room, dining room. Man Cave is really cool. Jen super-responsive—answered every question immediately. We’re coming back!

We had a great weekend at the Corn Dog House. Gwen was an excellent host. I felt I had all the necessary information. The house was adorable and so fun to be in. Thanks for the stay!

We had a great stay here. Great communication and ease of entry was seamless. No kettle was a bit of an inconvenience for us…. Location was perfect with many pubs and restaurants close by. Very close to Dart rail services helping us to get to and from the airport as well as getting to Fort Worth for a day visit. Would definitely stay again

Teresa was a great host, and her space included so many extras including snacks, drinks, and pet treats, making us (and our 3 pets!) feel right at home. Thank you for having us!

A quick 7-minute walk to Main Street, where our boys went crazy for the shops and ice cream. It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs all month, and this was hands down the best one. Beautifully decorated, super clean, really quiet, and Ajen was so nice and quick to respond. I was seriously impressed with how clean (or maybe brand new?) the dishes and utensils were. Most places I didn’t even want to cook in the kitchen, but here I made meals both nights with no worries. The ocean view was a huge plus too—wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for having me!

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!
