The place is beautiful and well maintained. The area is peaceful with restaurants just around the corner and a lake! The amenities were great too. The host is great. Communicates really well and the place was as described.

Good location..cute spot. There was no kitchen supplies , helps to have on short trips . No iron available . Decor was nice

This place was clean, spacious and perfect for our quick weekend trip. Host greeted us with some cocktails and snacks. The host was very responsive and super friendly. Highly recommend and will stay there when next I'm in the area.

This place delivered exactly what was promised and then some. We normally stay at hotels because we don't need the extra amenities provided by AirBnB. However this trip we needed a bit more than usual, and we lucked out with this place. It fits up to five guests which was the size of our group, it's in a great location in Irving, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, and it feels private and safe, especially for those traveling with family. We had a late check-in and the host was still available and responded quickly to questions. The checkout was just as great as they don't have 100 things for you to do like other listings which makes you feel like the cleaning fees are actually worth it. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

We booked this Airbnb to spend time with a dear friend who just turned 60th and it was the perfect choice! The location was ideal—just one building away from our friend, which made coordinating our plans so easy. The apartment itself was amazing: beautifully decorated with great taste, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also within walking distance to a supermarket and an excellent brunch place, which made our mornings and quick errands super easy. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the host, Chad. From the start, Chad provided clear and helpful instructions that made our arrival completely smooth. He was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, quickly answering any questions. Chad, thank you for being such a great host! We had a fantastic stay, and we’re grateful. We’d absolutely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.

I loved the property and location. It’s very near to lots of restaurants and Addison airport and DFW airport is not so far from here. Overall I like the property cleanness and apartment amenities. Host is responsive and instructions were very clear about the property in the app itself for checkin and checkout.

We just finished 3 weeks here as our home renovation was being completed. As a local family, we still had “normal” life to navigate with work and kids’ school, but it was really nice to come back to some time at the lake or in the hot tub in the evenings. The host was very responsive to any of our questions or comments, going above and beyond when we needed to stop back by to look for a lost item. We really appreciated this ‘home away from home’ while we navigated our whole house renovation. We would definitely recommend this house to other families.

Place was very nice, clean and in a very beautiful location. Kelvin was very responsive to our needs and was quick to help us resolve a minor issue. I would highly recommend this as a family oriented place to stay!

My family had a wonderful time at Joan's beautiful home. There was so much to do around and grocery stores were not too far away from the house. The house was amazing, with so much space and a nice pond in the back. Joan was very responsive and helped me with anything questions I had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place for your family/friends. Will definitely be booking again.

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

Beautiful clean home with a great backyard with a pool/hot tub that has a view of the lake. Exactly as advertised. Peaceful, nice neighborhood close to everything. Got surprised with a bundle of firewood and a smore kit that included a handwritten Father's day note.

Our group of six had a fantastic experience at Mary's Airbnb! The house was spotless, offered plenty of space, and was very comfortable. The large backyard was a major plus for us and our small dog. Mary was also incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue upon arrival (which was our fault!). We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

This house and location was great for our family gathering and wedding location close by. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee and watching the cyclist and runners go down to the trail. We rented bikes and road around the lake multiple times. The downside was, low on toilet paper, kleenex, and towels. We restocked and washed some towels for use. I highly recommend this rental and would stay again! Lisa

What a peaceful, beautiful getaway in a tree-filled place at the lake. The house was appointed beautifully, with everything I needed for my stay. Fences porches on both floors made it possible to sit outside without being eaten by mosquitoes. Fabulous jetted tub! Multiple baths each day. My dog loved it too.
