Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Las Conchas

We have travelled to Rocky Point many times over the years, yet it was our first stay at Cholla Bay. Everything was excellent and it was a real plus to have the property pet friendly and fenced-in. Rebecca had so many great recommendations that can also be quite helpful for new guests in that area.

Nice and modern home in Las Conchas. Close to the beach. I was unable to make the garage work, but no issue as there is plenty of parking. Claudia was a good host and responsive

The house had everything described and then some. It was comfortable and stunning. We were able to walk on the sandbar in the mornings and watch dolphins from the kitchen. The biggest hurdle is sand but having laundry and a broom kept things in check throughout our trip. We loved the home and were extremely safe and happy. Walmart was an easy go-to and was 15 minutes away. They have a mix of American comfort items and Mexican foods. The only hurdle is going to town. The house is tucked away and if you are looking for lots of time in town, it takes around 30 minutes to get there. If you’re looking for beach and lots of shells, come stay here! The house is amazing and we’re excited to plan our next trip.

Gorgeous, architecturally stunning home located a in a quiet, upscale, secure subdivision. We had just a few people on our stay but the size and layout could easily handle more people. We had a great stay. Thank you

Staying at Roberto's place we got more than expected! The house was beautiful, open, with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely patio and grill. I would definitely recommend it for future Travelers and I'm already thinking about when I can stay there again!

First of We have stayed at many Air B nBs this was our favorite by far! Once you see the view first thing in the morning you won’t want to leave! Our host was wonderful and I certainly felt like we were in good hands! She even has the most informative card on the kitchen counter with all the info you need! We will definitely be back with friends! The place is so pretty and built to entertain! We had a blast collecting shells too!

Beautiful spacious condo in las Conches. Close enough to town, but far enough away. Newish build with 2 lovely pools and a short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and fast internet. Definitely would recommend!

We have stayed in this unit several times and we are never disappointed. Great place to stay that has great views, things to do and a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Wendy and team for an amazing trip!

It was a great stay in a great space.

First off what an incredibly beautiful home. I was awestruck when I walked in and saw the massive beautifully decorated interior. There were 12 of us and this place still felt big enough to have our own spaces comfortably. My children loved the pool and no matter where we were there were eyes on them thanks to all the Acadia doors around the pool. There is also a rooftop gathering place where we sat and watched the sunset. Memories were made. Each room has a shower so nobody ever rushed to shower. There is just so much in this home that is aimed towards comfort for its guests. If I was forced to give one constructive feedback it is the beds could be a little uncomfortable from the springs but even so I slept just fine. I would recommend this place over and over for anyone visiting Puerto Peñasco and I will surely be back.

This is the second time we have booked with Daniel and we have had a very good experience. Everything is very clean, we have no complaints. On the contrary. We hope to return soon.

Casa Purcell is an incredible oasis! The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home the moment we walked in! The location is great and offers privacy with easy access to local attractions. We planned our days around the tide schedule and spent more than enough time in the water. Highly recommend this place! We will certainly be back.

My family and friends come at least once a year to Rocky Point and this was one of our favorite trips. This Airbnb was a huge part of it! Lots of space, rooms, and amenities. Only complaint was the wifi was a little slow/inconsistent. But overall it was a 10/10. The primary rooms on the first and second floor were amazing. We hope to be back. Thanks!

This little Casita was just perfect. It has a great kitchen, a living space, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bath and a good shower. The outside patio is perfect. We brought our dog and she had her own little space to walk around on. We're right across the street from the walk to the beach Everything about it was just as nice as it can be

Great place. Check in required us to pick up a key, but was no big deal. Easy to find and very kind folks to help. The listing says remote keyless entry, but make sure to arrive when their office is open. The house was pristine and spotless!! Such a beautiful location and great ocean views. Right across from the beach which my kiddos loved. Kind of weird that there were 12 handwritten notes taped around various places threatening to fine you (the guest) for this and that—ie: don’t break the fan remote or else we will charge you for the replacement, etc etc. We laughed about it but some may find it off putting as it is not hospitable. Overall this was an AMAZING property, beautiful hand carved dining table, great setup for a family, and an amazing kitchen (rare for las conchas, ha). They also provided filtered water which was such a huge plus and so so nice for us. We will certainly book this place again. We honestly loved it.

Martha was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and right by the beach. We missed the part in the description that states that two of the rooms are separate from the main house so be aware of that if traveling with small children. Kitchen is well stocked and the view from the balconies is beautiful!
