A large house with a beautiful view of the large beach of Tunquén, comfortable terraces, three bedrooms with a view, a hot tub, a ping pong table and a gazebo with a charcoal grill. Fully equipped kitchen. Fireplace in the living room and forced draft stoves in all bedrooms. Condominium with direct access to the beach, security, and guard rounds. Located 25 minutes from Algarrobo and Quintay. We provide towels and sheets, kitchen and bathroom essentials, and some firewood to light the heating.

This modern style loft house has a great view in front of the ocean overlooking the beach and the Pablo Neruda museum. The house and the site offers privacy and at the same time easy access to the beach and the local commerce. One bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and a terrace. One bedroom downstairs. Spare bed for child available. Please note that the jacuzzi is not operational and that there is no central heating, only one radiator in each bedroom. The dishwasher is not working right now.

It is located on a hill, so it has a height that allows for a wide view of the Pacific Ocean and its sunsets. It does not have its own indoor parking.
