Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Las Delicias

Words cannot describe Gabby’s house, it was AMAZING! For prior vacations, we have stayed in houses in Playa Carrillo, Samara, and Quepos and Casa Del Sol by-far tops ALL of those houses. From the million dollar view, to the quality of the build/house, to the AWESOME DECOR, to the on-site hosts (Henry and Zeidy), ALL of it was top notch! When you’re in the backyard/in the pool, of course you feel like you’re at the beach, but that continues inside with all of the homey beach house decor! And did I mention the AC??? Ice cold, perfect for coming in from a long day fishing or beach! Next mention is Henry and Zeidy, UNBELIEVABLY welcoming and attentive, yet they know how to respect privacy. If you’ve never stayed at a house with daily cleaning, it’s a GAME CHANGER. Any issue or request, taken care of immediately. And not to mention Zeidy’s cooking! We had 3 lunches and 2 dinners prepared by Zeidy, simply delicious! We are even talking about booking again during the dry season!

Is beachfront worth the extra cost? Absolutely! The sound of the waves, the sunrises and sunsets, the views down the entire Santa Teresa beach. I don’t relax vacation often, but really needed to and Richard’s place was exactly what I needed! Tide pools to the right, excellent surf waves to the left, some of the freshest foods I’ve eaten anywhere. This is an amazing location at a quiet end of an amazing beach, shaded by trees, next to a restaurant that we enjoyed many meals at. The quaint size reminded us the reason for the rocking chairs on the porch, outdoor couch, table and lounge chairs was to be outside. Full featured kitchen, great shower, and comfortable bed. If you don’t rent a car, rent the ATV’s, Richard can help get them delivered to you…we happily had one for the week to explore and dine at multiple places. A gated parking area is a bonus. As is a quick nap in the hammock to the rhythm of the waves, waking to stunning views. Get the beachfront! We will be back!

Manuel & Elkin made this vacation a hit! The setup of the house was perfect for 2 families. King beds(very comfortable) and private baths for parents and kids had plenty of space and own bathrooms. The pool was perfect size and the open kitchen allowed great gathering spaces. Elkin the caretaker shows up immediately whenever you need anything and extremely helpful, even texted us one morning to let us know the monkeys were out and walked us to them, plus he's an amazing human! -Grocery store right next door open 7am-9pm-make sure to try the lunch special and empanadas cooked out front of store. -Fabulous Bakery next door accepts US dollars has amazing pastries -Coffee shop 3 minute walk on way to beach with pop dinner while we were there! -Pedro for surf board lessons and rental on the way to the beach -Full bar restaurant overlooking beach for dinners after evening swims watching the sun go down. -close to Playa Hermosa and Santa Teresa, so nice to stay away from the hustle.

We had a great stay! Galina was very helpful with everything we needed, and the house was very comfortable.

Manzanillo is a gem of a spot, very easy to walk to local food and small grocer, beach is a short walk away. Elias was very helpful with any issues we needed sorting out. I would definitely go back and stay again!

It's evident how much effort Dave has put into the design of the home. The decor he selected is beautiful and unique. The hammocks were a wonderful treat. The bathrooms were each uniquely and beautifully designed, two of the three have open air showers. We enjoyed the privacy of the home. With so many windows and the open air in many areas of the house, we truly experienced the feeling of being immersed in the forest and nature. We were excited to hear howler monkeys off in the distance. The ocean view, forest, and sunrises were beautiful from the large back deck, and looking out from the master bedroom sliding door and deck. The darkness of the secluded home blessed us with millions of stars each night. The home maintained a temperature perfect for comfort, including at night, due to the home design, the screened windows/doors, along with the open air eaves. Dave also offered some great tips on things to do and restaurant recommendations.

Our family loved this home! Perfect place to enjoy our family vacation. Peaceful, beautiful scenery, spacious…absolutely perfect for us.

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful place and had a relaxing time. The pool, the jacuzzi and the big kitchen were our favorites. The best experience was the wildlife which surrounds the villa. We saw 2 different kinds of monkeys, toucans and many more animals which directly came to our backyard. We can highly recommend this place. Just make sure that you bring your own car, to get to the beach or nearby restaurants. We would definitely come back again!

everything was perfect. A safe and quiet place

It was our first time in the area and since before booking, Lorna was very attentive explaining and recommending which places to visit. On site Adonis welcomes you who at all times was super attentive, friendly and willing to help you in everything from where to eat to how to get to the beaches and by the way to show you the place. That said in passing is divine in the middle of many trees, sound of birds and visit of the howler monkeys. The apartment is super well equipped, clean, white and beautiful natural light. The village has a beautiful vibe, the playa has a lot of stones but that is its charm. The cherry on the cake is Luna and Toby that accompany you on the hikes and the pool in a shade very barely to relax in the afternoon. We will definitely be back🫶🏼.

Great location, great apartment. Short walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants but nice and quiet. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

An amazing place would really come back a thousand times to the place is accessible and the safety of the place makes you smile to a safe one also in a very good location to know many beaches and places. It was a vacation to remember !!

Super cute place, just a little cramped the parking lot.

We really enjoyed staying here. Cabuya is wonderful options with lots of beautiful, uncrowded beaches. Yet it's close enough to Montezuma and Mal Pais to visit. Xiana was a great host. Very communicative, attentive and helpful. The cabin itself is spacious, clean and has lots of great, covered outdoor space to enjoy (where we like to be). Terrific value. We would certainly return and will recommend.

This place is great if you want a true jungle experience. Host is responsive and it’s easy to gain access. It’s off the main road that passes through Gigante. DO NOT stay here if you are afraid of bugs… the house is open planned so critters easily get in. There was a tarantula in the kitchen sink when we arrived but as I said, a very good jungle experience with amazing views! Sheets and towels were clean, as was the bathroom!

Super quiet place, we enjoyed as a family and even ours 🐶 🐶 took the walk they deserved.! More than recommended.

The house is beautiful, and has everything you need for a ten-star stay. The only negative point, if I had to mark something, is that it has many security cameras inside the house and you feel a little watched, but other than that I would recommend it and I would definitely come back!! The beds are very comfortable!!

This place was above and beyond and the people were even better. They were very accommodating and recommended great places. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Good value for money: nice location in Cabuya close to the park, Montezuma, and many nice beaches. Good coffeeshop around the corner. Nice patio and yard to dine with mango trees. Amenities are somewhat basic, but all necessities are there, so this fit us fine. Upstair bedroom has no bathroom access. Marla was responsive throughout.

Tranquil, quiet stay. Very fairly priced. Israel was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

We liked the stay where Fiorella, we would definitely go again, the place is very quiet, and we felt at home. Fiorella was very attentive and Don Modesto is also very attentive. It's a place to relax or just have a good time with family and friends.
