Excellent house in Las Grutas, property located in a semi-enclosed neighborhood, excellent environment and privacy, private heated pool. A few blocks from the beach in a super quiet neighborhood. The house is for 8 people. It is divided into two modules. The main body of the house has two bedrooms (one en suite) and two bathrooms, it has two separate bedrooms and one more bathroom, this makes it ideal for 2 family groups as it provides maximum independence. Air conditioning, cold and heat, in all rooms.
