Villa Optimist is a beautiful house located in San Marcial de Rubicón, a three minute walk from Playa de las Coloradas. Downstairs is the living/dining room with access to the terrace / garden with swimming pool, sofas, hammocks and a dining room. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen, a room with a double bed and a toilet. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom in suit and another room with two double beds and a full bathroom outside.

Nuestro apartamento se encuentra en una zona tranquila y apartada de la ciudad de Puerto del Rosario. Está dentro de una finca totalmente amurallada, con impresionantes vistas, donde usted puede disfrutar de sus vacaciones. El Apartamento está adosado e independiente de los propietarios así que compartirá zonas comunes como: piscina, jardines, barbacoa. Disponemos de bicicletas para nuestros huéspedes. También tenemos mascotas como son perros , pero son amigables y tranquilos.
