Very well located apartment. Clean, organized and with everything you need. The condominium is safe, with attentive concierges. It allows you to have an excellent vacation. The host is attentive and available to answer questions. Having spent 1 week with family (2 teenage children) I recommend the apartment. The perfectible thing is that at times the traffic on the avenue is a little noisy, but nothing important enough to interrupt the tranquility. In short: very good location, comfortable apartment and with everything you need (microwave, washing machine, utensils, etc).

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and spacious, the view of the sea is beautiful. Ibrahim, the very concerned host, answered all my questions very quickly and gave us all the previous instructions in great detail, we also had very good communication whenever it was needed. I definitely recommend it! My only observation is that the shower in the master bedroom bathroom leaks water through a space and it would also be good to renovate pots and pans. Everything else is impeccable, especially the bedrooms, a very complete kitchen and with everything needed for a beautiful vacation.

Very safe area of town, easy walk to Mall and grocery stores. Felipe always answered his phone if there was a problem. Easy to get around on the bus. Could not of found a better apartment!!! Thanks Felipe

Really beautiful view, close to the mall of Viña, to the beach, the balcony is very nice to see the sunset. And Ana kindly has dishes for food and water for my furry dog. We will be back!

Loretto's apartment was lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the beach, 15 minutes. There's a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and a small park, if you have a kid. I would recommend it and we will stay there again.

The whole stay was very pleasant, Gerardo is always in contact with you to make sure everything is going well. The apartment is very comfortable (ideal for going with small children, with a chair, play mat and crib if needed) and is very well located (the beach is literally across the street). We would definitely come back!

This is probably one of the best apartments we've rented by Airbnb. Communication with Andrés was always excellent. He was always proactive and providing solutions to the minimal things. Something that I must highlight is the cleanliness of the place. On occasion we have rented places that have been really dirty. This is not the case, the apartment was spotless, something we always valued for getting tired of traveling, and the last thing you want is to clean up. Honestly, the photos don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is, let alone in sight that it is simply spectacular. Modern building, spacious bathroom, bed is perfect, super functional kitchen with breakfast and an impeccable new refrigerator. Another detail, the staff working in the building is very kind, I know this does not depend on who rents but is another point in favor. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can. Ten points for this apartment!

The apartment is as seen in the photographs, it has everything you need and is also in a very good location next to a very nice viewpoint (Mirador Barón) has the supermarket literally next door and Carolina is very kind to solve doubts, I would again choose this accommodation without thinking about it in case of returning to Valparaiso.

The place clean and tidy, it matched what was offered, everything according to the publication. I would have appreciated a little more coordination for the arrival/departure times, but they were only details always respecting what was indicated.

Claudio's place worked perfectly for our party of two couples. We had privacy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as useful and comfortable shared space in the kitchen, living room, and 2nd floor patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and most dinners over the course of 5 days. We enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the central counter in the kitchen and the pleasure of having dinner on the patio with comfortable chairs and a view of the peaceful, shared, c courtyard. We loved the location and walked every day to enjoy the touristed areas and neighborhoods. It worked well to use Uber to get to Pablo Neruda's house, La Sebastiana, and to walk back along Ave. Alemania. A convenience store was just a 4 minute walk away. Parking was very secure inside a locked gate with surveillance, and the security guys were helpful and polite from check-in to departure. They buzz you in as soon as they see you approach the pedestrian gate once they know you.
