Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour familial chez Cristina. Nous étions un grand groupe de 16 personnes et nous avons été bien accueillis par l’ensemble du staff. La maison était fidèle aux photos et même mieux! Les cuisinières nous ont préparé des repas incroyables ! Nous avons très bien mangé Je recommande à 10000%

El lugar es tal como las fotos, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario . Aunque no es frente a la playa lo compensa con el espacio abierto y verde alrededor , muy acogedor. La zona de la piscina es perfecta. Volveríamos sin duda

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Villa Ohana provides a one of a kind vacation experience. We really enjoyed the location (close to Rancho Santana’s main hub, 3min walk to the beach, incredibly scenic views). Gloria and David who help meticulously maintain the property were very friendly and helpful. Gloria is an excellent cook so definitely inquire about her when staying. James was a very responsive host who helped out when we needed it. Definitely recommend getting the Rancho Santana resort passes so you can use their resort services on demand (rides to and from airport, great restaurants, tours/excursions, surf rentals, etc). Would (hopefully will) stay again!

Magnifique Maison perchée au dessus de la canopée , la maison est très agréable et complètement ouverte sur la nature dans la partie à vivre au premier étage avec une superbe terrasse et plein d’endroits pour Chill (grand hamac, salon d’extérieur , fauteuils) . La maison est très bien pensé, les chambres se situent au rez de chaussée avec une belle terrasse donnant sur les arbres, ainsi que la salle de bain. La décoration est minimaliste et s’intègre complètement dans l’espace. L’accès à la maison est assez difficile , aussi faut il obligatoirement prévoir un 4x4, particulièrement avec la saison des pluies qui débute car la piste est en terre et peut s’avérer glissante par temps de pluie . La pente est raide ainsi que la colline qui mène à Playa Madera . Une fois sur place , la marche jusqu’à la plage se fait en dix minutes. Il y a des restaurants et bar de plages ainsi que des locations de planche et cours de Surf 🏄🏽‍♂️ . Sebastian a été réactif et de bons conseils . Merci

Beautiful new house about a 1 minute walk to the main break at Colorado's. Very happy with the stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Air conditioning worked great. The space was clean and comfortable. Great place!

This house has the most breathtaking views and beach access, it looked just like the photos. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful weekend getaway! Also, Evert, the house guard, was incredibly nice and helpful!

I stayed at this house last week in San Juan del Sur and I really loved it! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great—peaceful but still close to everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a great stay. It was perfect for relaxing with my family, and we felt very safe and welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay! The house had all the comforts of home; fantastic kitchen which had everything you need, big bathrooms and ultra comfortable beds! The grounds and pool area were gorgeous and were definitely the highlight! It was so peaceful and private - just heaven. Watching the monkeys swing up above you in the trees and listening to the birds was just magical. Indalecio was so lovely and catered to our every whim! Jim and Suzie, the owners, were an absolute delight and Becky was on top of all of our questions. We loved El Gigante, especially Redonda Bay! We will miss Luna and Charlie Max!!

The place is very pretty and the host very responsive. She provided an accommodation for the heat. The only downfall was that the water pressure in the showers was at a minimum which made it inconvenient for the amount of time we stayed.

The eco casita at Hacienda Iguana exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully appointed with Masaya y Co furniture - arguably the best furniture being produced in Managua currently of reforested teak and beautiful, comfortable designs. That was a very special little bonus! The kitchen is very well stocked - among the best I've had in an airbnb. No pantry foods (which I never expect) but did have a full set of glass tupperware, saran wrap/aluminum foil and good quality cookware in good condition (plus all the other basics and much more). The management team was very quick to respond to a couple of minor issues which they resolved immediately. The restaurants at Hacienda Iguana serve a very high quality of food and unique to Nicaragua not available in other parts of the country. It is our new favorate place to beach it in Nicaragua - we will be back for sure!

J’ai passé un magnifique séjour chez Paula. La maison est idéalement situé à 30 secondes à pied de la plage. Toutes les commodités : restaurants, bars, magasins de surf et petit marché sont à 10 minutes à pied. L’endroit est calme et entouré d’oiseaux aux couleurs saisissantes que l’on peut admiré depuis le hamac sur la terrasse. Un havre de paix. En ce qui concerne la maison elle est bien équipée, tout fonctionne bien. Paula est facile à joindre pour toutes questions elle répond très vite et toujours prête à aider. Ce logement a été l’un des meilleurs que j’ai expérimenté en voyage. J’y retournerais sans hésiter 😍

Andrew was very helpful and replied promptly to any communications. He's very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and provided great recommendations. Amazing host! The area experienced some power issue for which Andrew offered solutions to. The kitchen has great knifes, cookware, a water filter, amongst the usual amenities. It was a great feeling knowing that we had access to a private pool to cool down!

This special place and these beautiful people have officially stolen our hearts. This was our second time staying here and it was, somehow, even more perfect than last time. The impeccably curated design of the entire space, combined with the natural beauty of the surrounding area is truly so special. As for Nicole and Shahram, what can I say? I think they may be made of pure magic. We left feeling full of heart, belly and inspiration and already can’t wait to go back.

hervorragendes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Wir bezahlten ca 26$ pro Nacht in der Regenzeit. viel Platz, moderne Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Dicht am Badestrand. Wegen anderer Bewertungen: Insekten sind in Nicaragua ganz normal. wenn keine da wären, würde es mich stutzig machen, weil dann vermutlich eine umweltschädliches Insektizid verwendet wurde. Stromausfälle sind ebenfalls normal. wir hatten dadurch leider etwas Probleme mit dem Internet, aber Rosie und chilano waren sehr hilfsbereit. Chilano bringt einen außerdem zum nächsten Supermarkt mit dem Motorrad. Trinkwasser wird auch in der Unterkunft kostenlos bereitgestellt.

This place is beautiful! Amazing location, you can walk to restaurants and mini market down the block, beach is a 5 minute walk. The place is clean and has different areas to share a meal with your group and enjoy the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms are comfortable. Overall it’s a beautiful place to visit and stay. Thank you so much for hosting us Alejandra.
