The location was great and close to playa Guasacate. The house was very spacious and the pool and outside areas are great for lounging. Karina was an incredible host with wonderful local recommendations and very responsive. We would book with Karina again anytime!

Magnifique Maison perchée au dessus de la canopée , la maison est très agréable et complètement ouverte sur la nature dans la partie à vivre au premier étage avec une superbe terrasse et plein d’endroits pour Chill (grand hamac, salon d’extérieur , fauteuils) . La maison est très bien pensé, les chambres se situent au rez de chaussée avec une belle terrasse donnant sur les arbres, ainsi que la salle de bain. La décoration est minimaliste et s’intègre complètement dans l’espace. L’accès à la maison est assez difficile , aussi faut il obligatoirement prévoir un 4x4, particulièrement avec la saison des pluies qui débute car la piste est en terre et peut s’avérer glissante par temps de pluie . La pente est raide ainsi que la colline qui mène à Playa Madera . Une fois sur place , la marche jusqu’à la plage se fait en dix minutes. Il y a des restaurants et bar de plages ainsi que des locations de planche et cours de Surf 🏄🏽‍♂️ . Sebastian a été réactif et de bons conseils . Merci

Beautiful new house about a 1 minute walk to the main break at Colorado's. Very happy with the stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Air conditioning worked great. The space was clean and comfortable. Great place!

I booked this place for 2 nights for my wife and family (8 guests) We had a great time , it rained the first day but there is space on the property to relax and stay dry. Helpful and friendly staff and a really nice Place to stay with guests. Would recommend.

Such a beautiful place, love the house layout and the views are awesome… Very comfortable place with everything you might need for your stay. Rudy and Alex (Rudy’s place caretaker) are very kind and friendly people, always eager to make your stay the best they can.

I loved that place. Stayed there for 2 weeks and was supposed to stay only for 1. Definetly a nice place to stay if you want privacy ! Daniel is awesome as well ! Loved him !

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! Sin dudas uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que nos hemos hospedado en San Juan Del Sur! El anfitrión fue genial siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros dándonos indicaciones y haciendo de nuestra estadía más tranquila. Si teníamos alguna duda o consulta Jimmi respondía casi que de inmediato! El apartamento súper elegante, cómodo. Un espectáculo ver el atardecer desde la bañera que se encuentra en el punto más alto, era una locura la vista de la bahía desde ahí. Sin duda volveremos a visitar este lugar muy pronto.

Corrin e Jacq foram anfitriões excepcionais. Sempre presentes e super diligentes. A casa, por sua vez, é perfeita: excelente localização, equipada com tudo com o que você precisa (e mais um pouco) e extremamente confortável e agradável. Foi uma experiência incrível, que recomendo a todos (especialmente a quem surfa, tendo em vista as duas ondas “world class” localizadas dentro do condomínio).

Primero me gustaría mencionar que Juan Pablo y Uri fueron geniales de inicio a fin, hubo un pequeño percance al inicio de la estadía pero lo resolvieron sumamente rápido, con excelente actitud y nos retribuyeron con creces el pequeño inconveniente. Estamos especialmente agradecidos con Uri por su rápida y excelente atención. Les deseamos el mejor de los éxitos para el 2025 en el cual seguramente regresaremos! Les recomiendo muchísimo hospedarse acá!

The place is very pretty and the host very responsive. She provided an accommodation for the heat. The only downfall was that the water pressure in the showers was at a minimum which made it inconvenient for the amount of time we stayed.

Condo 3D is very well maintained, equipped, comfortable, with stunning views and location. I will definitely come back and recommend it.

Le logement est en tous points conforme à la description, confortable et calme. La terrasse, les hamacs et les chaises d'extérieur incitent à la détente. La situation géographique, à une minute de marche de Playa Maderas et de Playa Majagual, est idéale pour qui cherche à profiter des vagues pour surfer, des baies tranquilles pour se baigner, tout en étant à l'écart du chaos urbain de SJDS. Il est facile de manger et de boire, à des prix raisonnables, dans les restaurants et bars situés à proximité, sur les plages. Pour les visiteurs souhaitant cuisiner eux-mêmes, il est primordial de prévoir de tout apporter avec soi - le commerce alimentaire le plus près est à environ 25 minutes de pistes, principalement non-asphaltées. Nous y séjournerions à nouveau sans hésiter.

Great and well located apartment. Beautiful views and conveniently located near a lot of beaches in Popoyo. Just a few minutes away from great beaches and restaurants. Host was friendly, responsive and really helpful. The security staff at the place are also very friendly and give you great suggestions for places to eat.

hervorragendes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Wir bezahlten ca 26$ pro Nacht in der Regenzeit. viel Platz, moderne Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Dicht am Badestrand. Wegen anderer Bewertungen: Insekten sind in Nicaragua ganz normal. wenn keine da wären, würde es mich stutzig machen, weil dann vermutlich eine umweltschädliches Insektizid verwendet wurde. Stromausfälle sind ebenfalls normal. wir hatten dadurch leider etwas Probleme mit dem Internet, aber Rosie und chilano waren sehr hilfsbereit. Chilano bringt einen außerdem zum nächsten Supermarkt mit dem Motorrad. Trinkwasser wird auch in der Unterkunft kostenlos bereitgestellt.

Die Unterkunft ist wenige Minuten vom Meer und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Hostels gelegen. Im Zimmer gibt es kein Wlan, jedoch gibt es dieses in den umliegenden Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
