Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Las Vegas Strip

Hunters place was amazing, he was super helpful and responsive. The apartment was very nice and luxurious, plenty of space. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to everyone.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Lovely room, everything was very clean. and a great view from the windows. Lots of towels and cleaning supplies along with wine glasses, mugs, dishes and utensils. even had pots and pans for cooking. Definitely will save you money having a little kitchen. We enjoyed having a glass of wine while watching the view from the window. It's very convenient to walk places and perfect for transportation. pickup and drop off for Uber/Taxi is in the same spot right at the lobby doors. If you know vegas most places have to drop off at one place but it takes forever to find the Uber pick up spot. and the moving walkways connect you to the mgm grand, or you can walk through the gates and easily get to the strip. the hotel has great security and safe to walk on the side street to the strip at night. Honestly you get way more for your money at the mgm signature than most hotels on the vegas strip.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The place was spotless, exactly as described in the listing, and located in a great spot—just minutes from the Strip. We felt right at home and will definitely be booking again for our next trip. Highly recommend!

Great location and nice views from the 39th floor. Having a kitchen area is super helpful, and the jacuzzi tub/walk in shower were very nice. Although not easily walkable to the strip from here, it's easy enough to get a Lyft ride anywhere you need to go. Pool and adjoining restaurant were nice and their team was super friendly, and you have access to the Palms pools. Check in was super easy and was much like a hotel, and William was very clear and timely with all information about check-in, amenities, etc.. Really nothing negative about our experience!

Nice view; however, not on the strip. Place is great for couples. Nice and clean.

Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

Host was wonderful. Informative, responsive, and engaging. The ability to check in early was amazing. Close enough to the strip to enjoy the amenities, far enough to feel at peace at the end of every night.

Great home to stay in, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was fantastic. Overall I’d stay here again and again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hostess was very responsive and allowed us to have a late checkout due to our flight information changed. We were so appreciative that she was able to accommodate us. The place actually looked like the pictures and it had everything we needed. We loved the fact that the place was walking distance to the onsite gym and close to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

To me this is always a 5 star place. This is my 5th time returning to this place. Fantastic and cozy place.

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the decor quite charming. The backyard was spacious and incredibly pretty. In addition to the large kitchen, there is a nice grill on the back patio. Everything was as expected. One thing to note: there are indoor noise detectors (we found that out after getting back from karaoke and having the fun carry over for one rather sloshed group member), so do not book here if you plan to have loud indoor events.

The place was just as described and pictured. The wraparound balcony views were amazing, especially at night. Host Ruben was very friendly, responsive and proactive with all or any of my questions, concerns.

It was a great place to stay near the strip. Private pool was wonderful. The guys enjoyed the game room. It was well stocked with necessary items. We loved it.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

This home was perfect for the reason of stay to be with the family and be close to the strip. we enjoyed the poolside and gathering areas. i will always look to return when in vegas.
