Fully equipped living room-kitchen, full bathroom, large front terrace, and another back terrace, at sunset they go down wild boars, deer, foxes, and they pass less than a meter from this terrace, it is what our guests liked the most

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Baeza's old town. 2 bedrooms, spacious bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace with barbecue, free garage space if available. It is rented for single days or weeks. For 1 or 2 people a room is prepared upon request for a double or single bed, the other room will not be available. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking inside of the house is not allowed. Ideal for spending wonderful days of peace and quiet, walking through the natural landscapes of the area, the birth of the Rio Mundo, Almenara, Pino del Toril, Padroncillo, etc. The Balcony of Riópar Viejo consists of two independent but adjoining houses, so groups of 12 guests could stay.

The El Balcón de Cazorla cottage is in the picturesque and cozy village of Belerda, in the Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas. Its location in the wake of a steep rock cut and in the highest part of the village gives the house a different feeling, of pretentious times, and a somewhat magical touch. From its sunny balcony we can relax overlooking the silhouette of the mountain elevations of this area of the Cazorla and Pozo mountains.
