Holiday rentals with a patio in Lat Krabang

I highly recommend Lucas place it was extremely close to shopping centre’s restaurants and park and transport. Lucas apartment was immaculate and spacious Luca was friendly and had outstanding communication Nothing was a hassle and he responded straight away We asked for a late check out and Lucas was very accommodating and let us check out at 5pm as it would have been a nightmare carting 6 suitcases around all day. We will definitely be staying next time we are in Bangkok. Thank you so much Luca we really appreciate you going above and beyond. 5* 😊

Nice view and close to the BTS, pier, many of the major attractions in Bangkok.

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

cool, cosy and comfy. it is always nice to come back to this relaxing place after a day of touring. There is a martial art class across the street, an ATM two blocks away, a huge mall with local market around it, and countless restaurants- from local to fine dining. Thank you Emma, we look forward to staying here again on our next trip. p.s we didn't have a single complain during our stay ❣️

I don’t usually post reviews however the exceptional service provided by the hosts deserves to be acknowledged. Oli and Bunny were responsive to every request. The place is quiet and comfortable. Location is great. Numerous small businesses outside for morning coffee, thai massage, gourmet food shopping and street food. 1 block walk to the BTS train gets you citywide access. You can also ask about hiring Aek the driver if desired. Great place! Great hosts!

The price was also reasonable, and the room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable.During your stay in Bangkok I'd love to stay again.

the apartment was wonderful, super cleaned with modern touches, very quite place, friendly neighbours and away from traffic and rush city, the hosts were friendly and responding fast to my messages, helpful and well managing Team ..well done. Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

Loved our time here. It was short, but we were able to see alot. Coffee shop and gym on the first were great. Store within walking distance. Absolutely amazing place in the heart of Bangkok. 10 minutes from the Airport.

It was great staying at Chonny’s place! The stay itself was very nice and was in a great location. We enjoyed using the pool and there was even a nice gym as well. There were three of us and we felt very comfortable in the space as well. Would definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition.
