Small and nice!

The property is located in the "guesthouse Mörtl", a house from the 60s. It is located in the middle of the village of Faak am See. The lake is only a few minutes walk away, turquoise blue, with a wonderful mountain panorama. It is one of the southernmost and warmest swimming lakes in Austria. The property has direct access to the garden with mountain view. Train station, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket and inn are very close. The surrounding area invites you to do countless activities, such as hiking, cycling or swimming.

Passionately renovated Bright apartment (80m2) is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Small apartment for 2 people. Wide doors, shower and toilet barrier-free, well suited for older or health-impaired people. Car can be parked directly in front of the entrance door. Optionally also suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment is located directly at Rosenbach train station. Access to all public transport is right at your doorstep. Nevertheless, very quiet and secluded location. 12 km to Velden Wörthersee, 12 km to Faakersee.

Enjoy this cozy apartment with large balcony and partial view of Lake Faak. Very centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the public beach (free of charge). The nicely furnished apartment can accommodate two to three people. Open-plan kitchen and living area with pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Bikes can be parked in the private, lockable basement compartment. A grocery store is opposite.

We had a wonderful stay at Gebhard's & Eva's apartment. The apartment is even better than in the photos and the bathhouse with the private lake access is a great bonus! We traveled with a toddler, and were kindly provided with a baby cot and high chair. We would come back any time!

It was four great days at Luca's house on Lake Faaker! The house has everything you need, is very close to the lake, with private beach for the surrounding houses. The garden is large enough to play and relax. We loved the check in and check out (4pm :-)) with key box. Luca responded promptly and very kindly to our messages. We will be happy to come back!

We had to find a place spontaneously and were lucky that there was something free in Marion's apartment for a few days. We felt very comfortable with the 2 bedrooms. In one there is a very comfortable box spring bed, which offers a good night's sleep. My daughter stayed in the other room. It's a little rustic but very nice. The bed squeaks a little. Not so wild for children. There is a nice dining area, and a comfortable couch. The kitchen offers a lot, incl. Dishwasher and washing machine and coffee machine. Great that there were some capsules for it. 👍🏻 We loved being on the balcony and had breakfast. There is a nice quiet view. You have to cope a little with wasps and flies, but we have had this experience all over Austria, with the wasps not aggressive. The bathroom was well equipped with a vanity, toilet, tub, shower as shown in the pictures. We would have liked to have stayed longer. 👍🏻
