Great spot close to the beach and very walkable downtown. It was perfect for me and my husband for two nights!

This is a great place to stay in the old town. Just a short walk to airport bus stop and train station. There was a very useful elevator. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was really well stocked with cooking utensils etc. Really appreciated the washing machine and the blackout curtains as it got light early. Alexander was very clear with instructions etc which we appreciated. Great place to stay.

Everything was great - the place was very clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the snack bar with very low prices - a small touch that made big difference. Thank you the hosts for the warm welcome and attention to details. 👌

We had a wonderful stay in Tom's apartment – absolutely 5 out of 5 stars! The space was clean, stylishly decorated and super equipped. I particularly liked the location and the convenient connection to the city center. Tom was a great host – friendly, helpful and always available for questions. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The location was perfect with a beautiful view of Riga. Great and easy check-in to the accommodation, we felt very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Maija is a fantastic host and we would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore central Riga, with its beautiful green spaces, amazing cafés, and cultural heritage!

I absolutely loved this apartment and felt like I was really living there. I felt right at home wirh the interesting art and books. I love the old staircase. The neighborhood is super cool and convenient. I love the #1 tram and easy access to Old Town. And Janis was super friendly and gave great recommendations. 10/10

If I could give this place more than 5*s I would - it was perfect. There were 4 of us (friends) and we wanted somewhere where we had our own rooms and this hit the jackpot! Large bedrooms with wardrobes, a bathroom between 2, a large kitchen and beautiful liviing room - we couldn't have asked for anything better! The location is brilliant - a cafe just next door and 2 supermarkets within 5 min walk either side of the road (tip - get a Rimi card for 1Eur) and a 10-15min walk to the old town. Kristine was fantastic - answering all questions I had from places to go to airport transfers and her check in details were spot on! I never had to wait long for a response from her. We were sad to leave - we had such an amazing time and this apartment contributed massively to our perfect week away Thanks again Kristine

we really enjoyed staying at Martins' place. well stocked, beautifuly furnished, spacious apartment. we loved the deck and Nespresso machine was a nice touch. great communication and flexible check in and out, that we really appreciated. there were 3 of us and that was perfect, two extra beds are not private and maybe works for kids/teenagers. location is perfect! right next to art nouveau neighborhood and a short walk to the old town. plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend Martins' place.

Had a wonderful vacation together with my best half and 2 kidos. Perfect location with playground for kids, spa, pool, excellent restaurant, seaside and a beautiful pine forest. Apartment felt like home, well equipped for both short and long term stays.

Hi, it has been a great pleasure to spent here summer vacations. Place is super nice, as well as surrounding and close distance to the seaside. During the weekdays, it is very quiet and not crowded, the restaurant close by is also very nice. We found it suitable for bike rides to the closest attractions, we felt safe. Definitely I would recommend this location for all nature enthusiasts. Flat is well equipped and we did not found any missing items so we can list here. There is enough space for four persons, if you travel with kids. Worth to add is the playground at the location, where you might find everything you need: pump track, soccer and basketball field and other kids attractions.

Peaceful and wonderful stay at this place. We enjoyed the clean and cozy apartment, very comfy bed, nice terrace which would be perfect to enjoy drinks in warmer weather. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal, good to know to take groceries with you as the nearest shop is a 5 minutes car drive away. Extra points for washer/ dryer which was handy to dry swimsuits after enjoying SPA and pool in the building next to the apartment. Overall romantic and relaxing stay!

Great apartment

We had a lovely time staying here. The apartment is within a short walking distance to a lovely beach, nice and calm pool and spa area, and a local restaurant with very good food. The apartment comes with a double sofa bed, which isn’t ideal, but it was alright for our short stay.

The area is very peaceful and the beaches are fantastic. There are nice walking paths along the coast. We recommend a visit to the bakery in the neighboring village of Engure, about 6 km away. There you can buy incredibly good pastries and a local beer.

Diana was very friendly and helpfull. Everything looks like in the photos - very nice and spacefull flat. We were very happy that we found everything what we need. I would recommend this place for sure
