This once completely run down country house has been renovated by a Swedish real estate genius adding some peculiar touches to the overall feel. All in all this is a great place - our guests report having slept for hours and unplug completely.

Our house is a family business, our value is to treat our guests just as we want to be treated when traveling. We hope our house will make you feel at home and relaxed, so you can fully enjoy your holidays. Picturesque town of Sigulda is just 8 minutes drive away, Turaida Castle and Gutmana cave can be reached in 2 - 3 minutes. Either it is hiking, skiing, biking, boating, golf or other activities - everything is near. And you will have 5000m2 yard for your own recreational activities.

Holiday house with a terrace to enjoy marvellous sunrise over the see in only 50 meters form the house. Separate entrance from the sea side and private garden with all facilities to be used during your stay - BBQ, sun lounges, hammock and bicycles. Freshly baked local bread, sweet pastry or home made breakfast can be arranged on request. Supermarket and market of local products in only 350 meters distance. Heating during cold season is available, books and magazines for rainy days.

Spacious & modern wooden house is located next to the road A2 (E77) - Riga and Sigulda are 15 min away, Gaujas National Park ~ 30 min drive. All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.

Vacation home by the lake with sauna

A beautiful natural vacation home with sauna by the lake. Perfect for eight people. Owners live in the other house nearby (can be seen in pictures). Whole vacation home is at guests disposal. On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road.

Our renovated wooden house was built in 1938 it is surrounded by forest and fields. Idyllic place to stay in nature. It is pure country escape from busy city life. Our cozy wooden house is located only a 12 minute drive from Jelgava and a 55 minute drive from Riga. The house is suitable for a romantic holiday or a family with childrens . You can enjoy a romantic evening and peaceful morning on the sunny terrace around the house.

Stay in a renovated fisherman's house just 150m from Jūrmala beach, complete with lifeguard tower for safety. Ideal for families, it's near a children's park with swings and a skatepark. Enjoy local cuisine at the nearby "Kūriņš" restaurant. Major shopping centers like Lidl, Rimi, and Maxima are also within easy reach. Buildings interior is fully renovated, exterior is a work in progress.

Holiday house Skiperi offers peaceful and calm holidays at "Ozolmāja" with sauna, which is perfect for 2 people where you can spend your free time but we can accommodate up to 3 people. We are near the Baltic sea that leads through the Bernāti Nature Park. The house is heated by wood stove, which provides heating in any season. Sauna, grill and firewood are included in the price.
