Holiday rentals with beach access in Lausanne District

Great location for a peaceful stay. The beach is around the corner, the view from the balcony is perfect. Appartment very well lit because of the big balcony, with a lift. Benoit was very helpful , even with the luggage. :) Only minus point, the kitchen and the sheets could have been a bit more clean, we had to buy a scrub because we couldn't find one. Otherwise perfect. Thanks a lot Benoît for the stay.

L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication avec Gabrielle très facile, on s’est senti comme à la maison, toujours de bons conseils et très réactive aux messages. L’emplacement a été idéal pour bouger sur Lausanne et ses alentours. Encore merci pour ce long séjour !

Great place to reside. Near the lake and close to the centre by train. Communication to make reservations was swift. Would recommend.

J’ai été agréablement et magnifiquement surpris par mon séjour. Stéphanie est une hôte exceptionnelle. Elle est attentionnée, généreuse et très gentille. L'appartement est en plein cœur de Lausanne, c'est super! La chambre est impeccable, propre et confortable, avec une décoration originale et très soignée. Je recommande vivement !

Thierry est un hôte très amical et plein anecdotes. La chambre a un très grand lit confortable, une tv, un système audio incroyable, un canapé et un accès à une terrasse qui donne sur le devant de la bâtisse. Le quartier est très calme et l’arrêt de bus est à 2 minutes à pieds. Le centre ville n'est pas loin non plus mais ça monte... :-)

Quando ho iniziato ad usare airbnb è stato per sentirmi a casa proprio come da Leila. L'appartamento è facile da raggiungere dalla stazione in bus, comodissima la posizione rispetto al lago e alla piscina di Pully, ordinato e super confortevole l'interno. Aggiungiamo a questo anche l'estrema disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità dell'host... davvero un'ottima esperienza, consiglio a tutti!!!

C’est un excellent logement si vous travaillez à l’EPFL, située à environ 15 minutes à pied. Le studio est bien équipé, avec une cuisine et une salle de bain privatives. Ce n’est pas le grand luxe, mais le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très bon. Tejsir est un hôte très réactif et aimable. Ma seule critique concerne la propreté : le logement aurait pu être un peu mieux nettoyé, avec quelques saletés au sol et sur certaines vaisselles. Je recommande néanmoins vivement ce logement et y retournerai avec plaisir si je repasse par Lausanne. Merci pour l'accueil Tejsir !

Really pleasant stay. Warm host, clean apartment, convinent location, quiet village surrounded by grape gardens. 5 minutes walking to the lake. Truly enjoyed it and highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at Barbara’s place, we really enjoyed having Apero in the garden and the watching the kittens play. The apartment is gorgeous and very relaxing, just a short walk to the beach where they have bbqs you can use and paddle boards you can hire. Would definitely recommend.

Dear Jerome, thank you for hosting us. Your house is stunning and as described by your photos. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities. The check in instructions as well as online house manual were so helpful.. you have everything organised so well for your guests. My daughter and I throughly enjoyed feeding the cats. They were no bother and in fact bought a special experience to our stay. In terms of location, the house is in a beautiful setting right on the peaceful marina, within walking distance of a bakery, large Migros, restaurants, the aqua park, train station and Swiss Vapeur park. Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far

Beautil apartment, excellent for 4 adults. impeccable and clean, we were not smokers and so great that not smoking is permitted. Nice little kitchen with everything one needs, a grocery store just across the street. Nice walk to the lake and views.
