This architect's villa has made the headlines in several specialized magazines. Located a few minutes walk from the town of Lutry, it offers a breathtaking view of the lake and the Alps. Its ecological swimming pool, its waterfall, its reed bed and its large terraced garden make it a magical place. Very easy access, garage and private parking. 5 minutes walk from the station of La Conversion by a footpath. 10 minutes walk from the village by a footpath. Ski stations are 45 minutes away!
