Clean, organized place. Easy access.

The place has a cozy and comfortable space, everything is very clean and organized, a very quiet building, there was no communication problem with Tina, she was very helpful and communicative. I liked it a lot and would come back more often!

The apartment was just like the photos, everything very organized, clean bed linen and towels. Basic kitchen items, all working. The apartment is very close to the central square, supermarket and bakery nearby. The stay was excellent, I recommend it to everyone who needs it.

comfortable apartment

Very clean, airy place and easy to access. Beds are comfortable and wifi is also great. A differential of the accommodation are the bedding, which were also clean and smelling. Communication with the host was easy and very proactive. I recommend to everyone who visits the city of Lavras and I will return at some opportunity. :)

I ended up winning a friend. A Carla is great and super attentive. Even though there was an unforeseen event on the day of the check,which made my stadia impossible. Carla was a true Host, and helped me solve all the unforeseen.

Despite the short experience (we stayed 17 hours in the apartment), everything went as planned. I already knew the city and so it was easier too. Everything was great.
