Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Layton

My husband and I LOVED staying here for our 5 year anniversary. Jennifer and her husband were gracious hosts who greeted us in person to make sure that we arrived okay. They gave us a personal tour to make sure that we knew where everything is and how it worked. This property has wonderful private amenities and great functionality. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great stay for 5 for Kilby Block Party Festival. Close to the highway, as close as we could get to the Fairpark with a place big enough for our crew. Really great kitchen for all of to have meals together, privacy and comfort for sleeping and getting ready. Didn’t get to utilize the the game room too much but a few of us did and enjoyed it! Great to have laundry access, too.

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at! Clean, good amenities and comfy beds. Close enough to downtown and the airport.

Beautiful space! Very spacious and peaceful. It had everything we needed and things we didn’t even know that we needed!

This was a great property with big bedrooms and a large gathering room. The inside of the house was extremely clean. The whole house was stocked very well. The kitchen had extra items like spices and oil and things that were very useful but often forgotten when packing. There was work being done by the city and we couldn’t use the driveway. John let us know ahead of time and apologized. It didn’t negatively affect our stay and we appreciated the heads up. He responded to questions almost immediately. We would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend.

The Botanical Bungalow was a lovely base for exploring Ogden and surrounding Salt Lake area for a few days. The home was very clean and matched the pictures - very cute with lovely plants and decor. Parking out front was very easy and readily available at all times. I really enjoyed sitting in the backyard and reading in the afternoons. The washer/dryer in the basement was a great added bonus for doing laundry on an extended trip as well. I would absolutely stay here again, if ever in the area. Also, if you are a runner or walker, the area has great sidewalks and trails for getting out for a run/walk during your stay. I felt very safe going out early in the morning for a solo run around the neighborhood.

Thank you so much Joy! We had a great time at your place! The views were amazing, the place was super clean and my kiddos loved it! One day the weather was too cold for our planned activities and I was worried the kids would be bored but Joy has so many activities at the place that the kiddos were perfectly content at home! We loved the hot tub and the out side area! We BBQ some steaks on Easter Sunday and had just an amazing blessed day! As we were leaving my oldest said “I’m going to miss this place, can we come back?” Joy was also super responsive and sooooo helpful! We are for sure coming back! Thank you again Joy! We loved everything about your place and North Ogden, Utah!

Jeremy is a great host who communicates well, gave recommendations nearby, and kept his home very clean. His home is beautiful and close to so much, it was a nice area. If and when I return to Utah I will definitely be staying there again! 😊

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and as described. It was a quiet area but also very close to downtown and a lot of amenities. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the apartment building, but overall not a big issue. We had some trouble finding close parking on the street so it may be worth it to pay for the pass to park in the gated area.

Our stay in salt lake was amazing! Our host was super helpful with all our needs. The place was so nice and clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

This is an amazing apartment perfect for our small team that was traveling all the way from Hawaiʻi!. The amenities were great i.e. Great Gym, pool, golf simulator. The covered parking space was awesome! Theres a Walgreens across the street and was so helpful. Trader Joes up the street. Food locations in 5 min walk. Being centrally located and 15 minutes max from all the places that we needed to go took so much stress out of our trip. Now to speak to the apartment itself. It was a sanctuary. This is the best way I can describe this place. It was so peaceful, it was spotless, it had comfy beds and bedding. I slept on the couch while my teammates took the beds and I was comfortable because the sheets and comforter was of such a high quality. Our host, was extremely communicative. He provided very clear instructions. He messaged me throughout the stay with very helpful information. We travel a lot and this is the BEST place we ever stayed! Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo. (thank you)

pool, jacuzzi & firepit were nice. Apartment was tidy, views were nice. Great restaurants downstairs.

Chris was absolutely amazing! Our 81 year old grandpa broke his foot and we made a rash decision to drive from Montana to see him. The house was absolutely beautiful and Chris himself was an amazing host. He was very kind and communicated throughout our whole visit. At one point he was on a walk while we were outside and it was an absolute pleasure to meet him! His attitude was infectious and we can’t wait for an opportunity to stay in one of his properties again!

Beautiful place. Nice mix of old and new. Bed was soft and comfortable, taking baths most nights was great. Katherine gave us cut roses and lavender out of the garden while we were there. She's a pro at being a good host. Everything spotless inside with quality furnishings and outside well-maintained gardens and well-behaved dogs. Very good communication.

Great place to stay. Lots of fun activities. Kids enjoyed the shuffle board and we loved the theater

Huge house and very comfortable. Easy Access to Skilifts. Great for families. High end amenities. We enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot.

We had three wonderful days in Mark's cabin! Mark was a super nice host who answered our questions quickly and kindly. The cabin is so cozy - it feels like home. We were warmly welcomed with a personal message and pancake mix. 🤩 It was warm and really spacious. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. We would have liked to stay at least one more week and hope to be able to come back!! Thank you!!

We had a busy wedding weekend for my son, Melinda’s Airbnb made this weekend flow and gave us much relaxation in between events. Melinda was very responsive to every question and went above and beyond to lighten our load. Can’t praise our host enough. Thankyou!

Was a beautiful location. The road noise is loud however we had a noise maker. Go to Huntsville and Eden for a burger or a margarita. If we are ever in Ogden again we would stay here.

This was such an amazing space! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed — exactly as pictured, if not better. The amenities were thoughtful and made the stay feel extra special, from the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms to the cozy touches throughout the home. One of the best parts was the outdoor porches — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Peaceful, private, and beautifully maintained, it really added to the relaxing vibe of the whole stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It was great. Located in a perfect spot with so much to do on the property and very easy access to the mountains and local restaurants.
