The apartment is welcoming and offers every comfort; it is located in the heart of the Celio in a quiet neighborhood, in the historical center, close to everything. We are located 100m from the Colosseum and a 10-minute walk from the Colosseo metro station – the historical center of the city and easily accessible on foot for visiting Piazza di Spagna, the Fori Imperiali, Circus Maximus, Trevi Fountain, etc. A few meters away you will find a supermarket that is open 24 hours, a pharmacy, as well as bars and many restaurants.

In the center of Rome a private penthouse open louvered window coverings in a living room to maximize light and reveal wraparound views of Central Rome and St peter's basilica. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

This splendid, romantic penthouse is very close to the Basilica of San Pietro, just behind the small station of San Pietro. It consists of a double bedroom, with bathroom inside the room, a living room with a view of the dome, an entrance with a large closet, a kitchen and a panoramic terrace with beautiful outdoor areas equipped for eating outside with a breathtaking view. Secure parking upon request inside of the private property which is secured by an automated gate for 10eur per day.

The apartment is located in an ideal area for visiting Rome, because it is very central but still on a quiet street. You can easily reach the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums and the major places of tourist interest, as well as the Termini station is within walking distance in a few minutes and 100 meters from the Museum of Illusions, the Monti district, historical district, is a few hundred meters from home. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are just a couple of minutes away on foot.

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Cocoon of Gran Sasso

"O blessed solitude, or only bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Gran Sasso Refuge" was a stable for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure
