Villa dei Gelsomini is located in the countryside, 5km from Viterbo center, it is close to restaurants, activities for the family and public transport, in particular it is located near the main spas such as "Terme dei Papi", "Therma Oasi" and various thermal pools in the Viterbo area. My home will thrill you for the outdoor spaces, the light, the furnishings, the kitchen, the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. My accommodation is suitable for couples, groups of friends, families.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Apartment near the Colosseum

The apartment is in an ideal area to visit Rome, because it is very central but still in a quiet street. You can easily reach the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums and the main tourist attractions, as well as Termini station can be reached by foot in a few minutes and 100 meters from the Museum of Illusions. The Monti district, a historic district, is located a few hundred meters from the apartment. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be reached in a couple of minutes by foot

Beautiful penthouse with Colosseum view

Delightful tourist accommodation located near one of the seven wonders of the world: the Colosseum. 50 meters from the metro and a few steps from Roman shopping and nightlife. Balcony with stunning views of the Eternal City. The apartment is on the sixth floor and has a kitchen, living room, air conditioning, bathroom with tub and double bedroom. This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Casa Vacanze XI Miglio was born with the idea of making available to guests, a bright and welcoming apartment and very close to CIAMPINO airport only 7 minutes by car, the centre of ROME is easily accessible thanks to the train stop which is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and that will take you to the Rome Termini Central Station in about 25 minutes, from there with Metro A or B you can get to all areas of Rome e.g. COLOSEEO or Piazza di Spagna
