Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Equipped with all comforts, lift and a shared garden with swimming pool located in a former convent building from the 1500s. The apartment has wooden beams ceilings and Roman bricks which are typical in Trastevere. It has a large bedroom with double bed, living room witha double sofabed, kitchen, private bathroom, attic with a single bed and a panoramic terrace with a unique view of the Janiculum Hill.

It is surrounded by a large park with swimming pool, an olive grove and a panoramic terrace. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. We invite you to enjoy this relaxing space: for time in the pool and for the shade under the trees, for a barbecue with friends or to visit the archaeological sites in the surrounding area or even reach Rome in an hour.

Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.
