Villa Giorgia is a farmhouse located on the hills of Todi that offers a breathtaking view in a context of complete privacy, just 10 minutes from the city center. The villa accommodates up to 7+1 people in 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a private bathroom. The refined yet traditional interiors, the living room with fireplace and the equipped kitchen overlook a garden with swimming pool and relaxation areas. A perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and privacy with all the necessary comforts.

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.
