Functional and very well-equipped apartment near the center of Arcachon and the beaches. True to the description, you quickly feel at home. Ideal for a short stay of a few days! Self check-in and check-out with directions and help from the host who is very responsive and friendly! Good communication and attentiveness throughout the stay. Despite the heat, the room remains cool provided you close the door and shutters. Beware of the parking space included with the accommodation, which cannot accommodate a vehicle that is too large, especially if cars are parked next to it.

Adored the property and the attention to every detail..its extremely comfortable both inside and out. The area is extremely peaceful and a lovely walk across the park (with lift) to reach town centre/beach and ferry for Cap Ferret. Plenty of local restaurants and lovely daily market to buy fresh food. Parc ornithologique is a lovely area to visit and Dunes are astonishing..despite being busy every day there was plenty of relaxation. Merci beaucoup.

Excellent stay at Christophe's, the location of the apartment is perfect! Especially for short family stays, close to everything, it allows you to enjoy the pool more! private access on the commercial side and on the beach side, very convenient and secure thanks to the access by code! The rooftop is a real plus and allows you to enjoy a cozy outdoor space! I highly recommend this place, arrived independently ++ I have only one thing to say, see you very soon!

Valerie is a very hospitable host. The apartment is very clean and very convenient. The garden of the house is beautiful. The ocean is less than 15 lin walk: ideal location!

We had a lovely holiday at Arnaud's place in lovely La Teste-De-Buch 😊 The home was absolutely stunning and perfectly located with the beach within walking distance and close to Duke du Pilat, which is definitely worth a visit. Charming house , well decorated, perfect for a family of 5, very very well located with easy access to beaches and restaurants Teens/young adults can easily reach bars and places to go by bike. The terrace and garden are very spacious for aperitifs and dinners with friends. The back bedroom also overlooks a small terrace which makes it spacious and well ventilated. We had a great week!

We had a great time! The place was what we expected: super equipped, we found everything we needed even more . The hosting was very warm , very responsive when we had any questions. We would come back without a second thought if we had to come back to Arcachon!

The house is completely in line with the photos: pleasant, functional, very clean, and with a nice outdoor space ideal for relaxing. The welcome was excellent from the first day. Jonathan, our main contact via the Jo Bassin service, was very available and remarkably kind. He shared many good addresses with us, whether for restaurants or places to visit in the region. A big thank you to him for his professionalism and attention. We also thank Émilie who welcomed us on site when we arrived and who took the time to explain everything in detail about the operation of the house. We had a wonderful holiday at this absolutely lovely villa. The home is beautifully furnished with exquisite taste and offers a real sense of space and comfort. It’s exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The very large, secure garden was perfect for our dog. He had a lovely time running and playing safely. The location is ideal, with just a short drive to a stunning beach and deep forest trails that are perfect for long walks with dogs. Lake Lacanau was also a highlight – peaceful, scenic, and great for a day out. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough; it’s a perfect getaway for both people and pets!

Super clean apartment. Nice location for oysters and other restaurants. Away from the noise of downtown Arcachon, but still close enough. Well equipped. Secure off street parking.

Wonderful place to stay Aiguillon. Surrounded by historic Victorian houses. Wonderful small village beside us with excellent restaurants - l’Aiguillon. Bikes for rent close by. Only problem for us older travellers was the tiny stairs to our bedroom which might suit younger more agile visitors. Great balcony with loungers to catch the afternoon sunshine. More peaceful than hectic Arcachon which was a short walk away. Enjoyed our stay.

We thank Valérie for her responsiveness and kindness, who welcomed us and gave us useful information. We took full advantage of the panoramic terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the basin and the possibility of filling up with iodine air in peace. The location of the apartment makes it possible not to use the car and to be in the city center in a short 1/2 hour walk.

A nice place for a couple of days. We stayed for a night in the pre-season in April and had a good time. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment is nicely furnished. Thank you for the nice stay.

Smooth arrival, very friendly welcome, we were even picked up from the boat. Beautiful apartment, stylishly furnished, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Convenient location, close to the bay, the supermarket, the bakery, the bike rental,... A 20-minute walk from the ocean. We didn't need a car:-) In the corner of the residence so there is no passage and lots of privacy. Cozy terrace with spacious space for drying rack. Super fast and friendly communication with the host.

Very nice apartment. Very clean. Comfortable. Quiet. At the foot of everything. The bike path passes in front of the building. In short, everything is more than perfect.
