The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

the accommodation is quiet and perfectly matches the photos. only downside for the upstairs bedroom where the fan ran all night while it wasn't hot. small vegetable garden to water and fruit to pick for the sweet tooth.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

We rented this beautiful family home for a beautiful family reunion weekend. The bedding is very comfortable, the house is spacious, warm, authentic offering many ping pong, basketball, sauna, blanket pool, a big plus for pool safety, reading, board games... Every generation will find something like this. A big thank you for this wonderful stay, with a special mention at the Edgar and Alfred concierge. Very nice stay at La Flotte! The accommodation is great and matches the photos, in a peaceful residence. The center is 3 minutes by bike, everything is easily accessible. We recommend!

We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area,etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have each their own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops there) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge , who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good places on the island!

From booking our short notice stay, we had Benadettes full attention. Her communications were warm and welcoming. Her home is beautiful, tastefully furnished / decorated and comfortable. She welcomed our 2 dogs without any hesitation and told us where we could take them for walks. We will visit again and have already passed on the details to friends. We had a great stay in Manon’s charming home. It’s located near the bridge to Île de Oleron, with easy access to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening. Manon was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had.

Conveniently located for touring the area. Accommodation with the necessary and clean. For 2, it's perfect. Nice garden for our 2 dogs. Pleasant neighbors. We recommend it.

We were greeted by Philippe and his wife who are really very friendly. Nice little house with its small courtyard, it lacks nothing, everything is there, bike path nearby where we had a great ride, supermarket nearby. Philippe is very responsive and responds very quickly to messages. We are delighted with our week on Oléron Island. I recommend Philippe's little house.

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!
