Fully renovated in 2021, it features a great sea view, a front garden, two patios and direct access to the Esterel. After a 10 min walk to the Pierre & Vacances resort, you will have access to swimming pools, sporting activities, shows, stores and restaurants. A trackless train can also take you there for free, or to nearby beaches.

Very nice apartment with great views

Very nice apartment for 5 people on the ground floor with terrace, located in the quiet part of the CAP ESTEREL residence. Close to the sea, 100 m from the shopping street and all activities. The residence is a holiday village (open from April to October) offering all Club activities (entertainment, children's clubs, Spa, Circus school, 5 Swimming pools, Tennis, Golf...). Closed parking is included as well as access to activities. The terrace offers splendid views of the sea and L'ESTEREL.
