Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Family trip or between friends? Enjoy the Riquier neighbourhood from where you can visit easily all Nice and its surroundings (Monaco, Eze etc). You will be at 5 minutes by foot from the port, 10 minutes from old town and 5 minutes from the railroad station where you can get to Monaco, Villefranche, Antibes etc. The apartment is spacious (70m2) and will be great for 4 with two independent rooms at each side. There is also a sofa bed. Please note: the apartment is at the 4th floor without lift.

Cosy flat in centre for 2, close to all amenities

My place is close to public transport, beach and nightlife. Tram stop is just downstairs, two stops from the Old Town; train station is less than 10 minutes walk away. (Perfect to go to Monaco or Cannes), 2 minutes walk from big supermarket. Free parking downstairs or in a street very close by, private parking in the square. 5 minutes walk from Acropolis and Palais des Expositions (for conferences & conventions). The apartment has a great location and ambience.
