The accommodation is conveniently located in the complex, the parking space, close to the elevator is a plus, and the view from the terrace is extraordinary! We had a great week in Pascale's apartment and will be happy to come back. The apartment is very functional and tastefully decorated. The exterior and the on-site parking are a real asset. In addition, the accommodation is ideally located, close to picturesque landscapes, 2 steps from the beaches, and not far from the city center of Saint-Raphael. Pascale and Mathilde who took care of our arrival were always very responsive and friendly. We recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicolas's. We have been coming back to this vacation center for several years and were delighted to discover this apartment. It is ideally located with a splendid view of the sea, a real delight every morning! There were five of us and the place was quite suitable, comfortable and welcoming. A huge thank you to Nicolas for his kindness, availability and responsiveness. Communication was simple and pleasant from start to finish. We leave with very beautiful memories!

Apartment as described: facing the beach (just the street to cross) with a beautiful sea view. The accommodation is spacious and bright, very clean and well-equipped with the essentials available. It is located in a secure luxury residence, in the city center (so with all amenities a few minutes walk away) and a short walk to the port and the historic heart of Saint-Raphaël. The gated garage in the basement is good sized and very appreciated because it is essential to have a reserved place when coming to Saint-Raphaël by car. We received a professional welcome from Dominique and Marie. The apartment was carefully prepared for our arrival, and a welcome gift waiting for us.

Functional apartment with a terrace with magnificent views, unobstructed. We had a pleasant stay of a week at this residence with bcp of activities offered. Site close to surrounding interest sites. We will be back with my 3 year old son without any issues. Very good communication with Laetitia for information.

John’s place was excellent and very convenient for see Saint Tropez. Recommended!

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

Sylvia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is super cozy. In addition, it is extremely well equipped, there is actually everything you need. We therefore often cooked ourselves. The pool can be reached within 10 seconds (I timed it) and the facility is fantastic: the tennis court, the fragrant pine trees and the tranquility on a warm summer day. We would book again at any time! Thank you!

Pros: Extremely well located apartment for visiting the region, close to transport (especially by boat) and basic shops (Auchan/Super U, pharmacy, etc.). Very well decorated and organized, although a little small. Ideal for couples or single people. Very easy access to the beach as well as a swimming pool in the complex, which is very good. Cons: If you want to cook, there is little space to store food in the kitchen. Also, a little disappointed to have paid a supplement for the linen, but to have had only the bare minimum (one dishcloth for several days, no hand towels, etc.) All in all a great stay, we highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, nice apartment with a terrace. The territory is also stunning and with amazing view. And hosts were kind and helpful.

Arnaud was a great host. The apartment was furnished really nicely and it felt very homely. It was spacious, very bright and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and marina. It's a bit of a trek from the lift to the apt but thats the only negative I could think of and it's only a small one. The pool was amazing, the pool area was extremely clean and quiet. It was lovely to swim every day. It was a decent walk Along the promenade to st Raphael which i would definitely recommend, its a really nice town and the views along the way of the sea were insane. We will 100% be returning and I would highly recommend Arnaud and his apt to anyone, except value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is just a short walk from the sea! The host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you might need, even while on vacation. One highlight for me was the makeup mirror! Overall, a convenient, and beautifully located spot that I’d happily return to. Highly recommended!

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Gorgeous location!!! Place is actually better that what the published pictures show. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The private resort its beautiful, lots of nature and with plenty of activities. Loved the pool, the beach and the beautiful Cote d’ Azur region.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the local train station, which made getting around the French Riviera incredibly easy. The area felt very safe and the view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. It’s also close to all the best spots along the coast, so whether you’re heading to Monaco, Cannes, or Èze, everything is within reach. The place itself was clean and well-kept — exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
