Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société (2 sur place), profiter d’une personne que l’on aime, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble)… Pour service petit déjeuner et prestations massages voir ci dessous. 👇🏻

Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. You will love our place because of its comfortable bed and independence. /!\ STRICTLY non-smoking accommodation, no smoking allowed in front of the house.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. Franco-British, Jany and her daughter Felicia will be happy to welcome you and advise you on the tourist sites to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. 1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, at the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
