Happy Valley

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached barn conversion. We live in the barn conversion and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The lounge has been maintained in the French style. The upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom are more modern. The accommodation has its own entrance. Outside are two garden areas for your private use which include table, chairs, parasol.

Remote and secluded cottage on private terrain

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Old mill on a picturesque site 800 m from the VC

In a green setting, backed by the owner's house, this accommodation overlooking the river is just for you, with independent access. A living room with sofa, desk, Wi-Fi. Please note that there is no kitchen but you have a dining area with everything you need to prepare a hot drink. One bedroom, shower room. Private parking, garden and park. Shops, many restaurants and cinema 800 m away. Access to the city center on foot via an alley. (Pets not allowed).

This studio is located 2 steps from the city center of Vire, cozy and elegant, it will allow you to rest there in peace. You can walk to all the shops, cultural sites (theater, cinema, museum) and leisure activities (swimming pool, urban hiking). The area is perfect for hiking and discovering local Normandy products. And for cycling enthusiasts, you can have a cellar and bike paths from the studio.

Château des Boulais Cottage

HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL In the heart of a flowery park, the fully renovated Château des Boulais gîte accommodates up to 6 people. This comfortable home opens onto a terrace with heated private pool (April 5 – October 1), and enjoys picturesque views of the surrounding hills and countryside. Mont Saint Michel is 40 km away, the beaches next to Granville are a 35-minute drive away.

Enjoy a detached house with parking space in front of the house, bright, quiet and refurbished. Toilet separate from the bathroom. Close to all shops (bakeries, butchers, buralists, grocery stores ...), bus station and SNCF. Very well equipped accommodation. Flexible hours only upon request except Sundays.
