Fabulous south facing T2 with large terrace

A modern apartment that can sleep up to 4, located in the heart of Lavachet (Tignes 2100m). This used to be our home, so it has been renovated to a very high standard. The apartment is light and airy, with a great outdoor terrace and sun from dawn to dusk. The nearest piste is just in front of the apartment, to access the Pâquis, Chaudanne or Lavachet lifts. Alternatively take the free shuttle bus to Lac. The supermarket, bars and restaurants of Lavachet are all on your doorstep.

Tignes Le Lac Apartment

The apartment is located at the foot of the slopes, on a high floor with a magnificent view of the lake and Val Claret. It can accommodate 4 people over 52 m². It has one bedroom (160*200 double bed) and 2 single bunk beds in the hallway (90*190). Door to separate the sleeping area from the living room. Kitchen is Fully stocked. Cozy living room with 4-seat sofa that opens, through a bay window, onto a south-facing balcony. Beautiful light exposure.

Studio Tignes le Lac, everything within walking distance

In the center of the resort, you can go skiing, a walk on the lake, have a drink or dine without touching the car. Free buses allow you to go to Val Claret (cinema) or Lavachet, see below, if you want to change your environment. A ski locker is at your disposal. 6th floor, be careful the elevator only serves the 5th, one floor on foot. Since taking the photos, the furnishings have been improved, including curtains! This 18 m2 studio apartment sleeps 1 or 2. Enjoy this fully renovated flat in a quiet area in the centre of Tignes le Lac. It is on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a small residence of 12 flats. Less than 5 minutes' walk from the slopes, shops, tourist office and ESF, this flat is ideally located! It has a south-west facing balcony with mountain views and a ski locker on the ground floor. WIFI and linen provided.

Our apartment includes a comfortable bedroom with four single beds, offering comfortable accommodation for friends or family. In addition, the living room is equipped with two sofa beds, meaning that our property sleeps up to eight people. The location of our apartment is unbeatable for ski enthusiasts as it is right next to the ski slopes. Our apartment is also equipped with a fully functional kitchen.

This 40 m² apartment was fully renovated at the end of 2022. Located in the Palafour Tignes le Lac residence, it benefits from a central and unique location in the resort (shopping mall on the ground floor with shops, hairdresser, ski equipment rental, ESF, restaurants and bars). All Tignes activities are nearby (Le Lagon with pool, Wellness and gym, Tignespace sports center, snow front and ski lifts).
