Well located close to the 2 stations Le Pallet – La Haie-Fouassière. By car we are 10 minutes from Clisson and Hellfest, 20 minutes from Nantes. You will have access to: -. Venez vous ressourcer, au cœur du vignoble nantais, sur les bords de Sèvre, dans notre gîte rural, spacieux et bucolique. Idéalement placé à 20 min de Nantes et 10 min de Clisson. Amoureux de la nature, des randonnées, des balades à vélo, notre gîte est situé sur un chemin de randonnée et à seulement 1.5 km du bourg du Pallet qui a la chance d'avoir une gare, deux boulangeries, une boucherie, une supérette, un caviste et pizza à emporter ! A disposition: canoës, paddle, barbecue bois, pétanque.

20 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from Puy du Fou, house located in the town of Pallet in the heart of the Nantes vineyards, 8 km from Clisson and the Hellfest site, 1 km from the Sèvre Nantaise, 1 hour from the sea. It has a large living room with open kitchen (50 m2), two bedrooms, a bathroom, a pleasant small quiet garden. Shops are 1 km away. This is my home that I occasionally rent, so it is fully equipped.
