The cottage is composed of a living room with a lot of character, a mezzanine living room, fully equipped kitchen, a very large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The house is naturally cool in summer. The cozy atmosphere will charm you. Private closed garage. There is a restaurant in the village. 2 km from the nautical base, in the heart of the Condrieu and Saint-Joseph vineyards, cellars to visit, 20 minutes from the Peaugres Safari, Pilat Park, many hikes from the house.

Situé à 6 minutes à pied de la gare le péage de Roussillon donc à 35 minutes de Lyon Part Dieu ou Jean Macé. Grand jardin sécurisé, entièrement fermé et sans vis-à-vis. Les 1er photos sont du logement proposé et les dernières c’est une chambre au sous sol que j’offre avec mais qui n’a pas de salle d’eau, seulement un espace pour dormir. Les 2 chambres sont comptées dans le prix. Je peux éventuellement proposer un repas le soir. Piscine disponible du 15 mai au 15 septembre.

The house of Marion & Julien is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. It is located in the sweet little village of Chavanay above the Rhône. There are small restaurants and a grocery store. The Way of St. James also runs along here. I was received very kindly, and Julien got up a little earlier especially for me to allow me to have breakfast. Highly recommend!
