We had a great time! We were 3 adults (including a person with reduced mobility - with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs, it was great!), 2 children and 1 baby. The cottage is large, welcoming, very tidy and clean. It really has everything you need. And this calm in the countryside did us a lot of good! (Especially with 2 days at Puy du Fou, which remains accessible). A very nice break for our 10th wedding anniversary. We are delighted!

Charly was super nice, responsive in our exchanges, from start to finish. The house is beautifully renovated, quality materials, superb main living space, beautiful terrace with tropical plants lit at night. We will certainly come back here if we want to enjoy a new stay in La Roche sur Yon. Thank you Charly

Practice close to the shops of the village, 30 minutes from the seaside.

We had a very nice stay with our 2 children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. Cozy cottage on the edge of the village. The immediate vicinity is very nice, lots of greenery, forest, lake, river, old chapel with history. A 5-minute walk away good restaurant, Restaurant au lac, recommended. The garden behind the cottage is beautiful. The decor cozy, well appointed kitchen. Nice contact with the hosts. Personally, we think the price is a bit too high. We can compare it well to other air b&b we booked on this trip. But definitely an address to recommend.

Perfect cottage for a few days with family or friends. Very well equipped, there is everything you need. The spaces are well distributed. The wellness space was greatly appreciated. The game room in the garage too. The bedding is comfortable. The space is clean. You can go there without hesitation

We had a very good night at the accommodation. It was cozy and quiet, with a nice terrace. Very well equipped, excellent bedding.

Attentive and responsive host, the rental went perfectly well. The accommodation is convenient and perfectly maintained. I was able to telework there in peace while waiting for my daughter to take exams at the high school, which was a 9-minute walk away. And possibility of shopping at the Leclerc next door.

The studio is very nice, well arranged and decorated with care. The small garden is very pleasant and quiet. The location is ideal, residential neighborhood but close to the city center on foot.

A very quick stay with very wide professional hours that made me not very much present in the studio. That said, the studio was as described and very well provided. Very clean too and rather quiet because a porch and inner courtyard separate the adjoining street. However, there are plenty of places to stay and passage but I was not bothered while I was asleep. The owners came to greet me and I thank them.

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

The apartment is very well located, the city center is a 10-minute walk away, you have a bakery nearby with a pharmacy and a Carrefour 5 minutes' walk away. All the roads to the tourist points are very accessible. It should just be noted that you need to have a small car to park in the parking space, otherwise, it is easy to park in adjacent streets. The apartment was very functional and clean. We would recommend this listing. In addition, Catherine was very friendly and responded quickly to the questions asked! And what's more, you can bring your pet! In short, great!

Nicely equipped and spacious apartment. You didn't notice that it was below the street level. Unfortunately, there was a lot of road work so the otherwise good view was completely gone. The reception was personal and cordial. In short: Everything was fine.
