We had a wonderful stay, with my mom, at this typical little house in the area. It is located in a very calm and soothing place. Easily accessible by car, we were able to enjoy Brest and its surroundings. Thanks to Lénaik for the welcome, we will not hesitate to return.

Les Koumouls is an architecturally exceptionally tastefully designed house surrounded by beautiful nature. Even sleeping becomes an experience. Through the panoramic window in the gable, the posterior sky can be observed wonderfully from the bed. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

A gorgeous little house in a beautiful, peaceful area. We really appreciate having a nice garden to sit in, back and front too. There's a nice walk along the river near the house to a beach. The house suited us fine (a couple). It was well equipped and homely. Didn't feel impersonal like some holiday homes do. We'd definitely stay here again! Thank you Guilaine and Philippe.

We were welcomed by Anne upon arrival. it is a lovely cottage, roomy, cosy and very well furnished. The garden has both sunny and shaded area. The area is very quiet, and nice sunsets are a stone's throw away. Highly recommended!

The spacious, tastefully furnished apartment is very well equipped. It's really an apartment to feel good in. In addition, Pierre has thought of so many things that make you feel very welcome, such as a selection of drinks, coffee... Even tickets for public transport or the gym. The location is good, direct parking in front of the door, bakery next door and the city center can be easily reached on foot. Pierre is extremely friendly and always helpful. We had a very nice stay.

I am staying in many airbnb units while traveling some are better than others. However, Karin herself and her place ticked right all the boxes. First, Karin is one of the best host I ever had. She really got out of her way and helped with variety of things, well above the call of duty, including driving me (with her husband) to the airport and back to retrieve my luggage that didn’t arrived with me. In addition Karin l’s place, while not huge, was sparkling clean, has anything one need, comfortable and very well organized. And while situated above a fairly busy street, still very quiet due to double glass windows that blocked any street noise. In short. Perfect host and perfect place. Highly recommend.

Great location in the heart of Brest! If it wouldn’t have been for the horrendous roadworks all over Brest it would have also been very easily reachable by car with lots of space to park the car during our stay. Apartment can be highly recommended.

We had a great stay in this pretty little studio facing the sea, ideal for a slightly older couple looking for an easily accessible place (1st floor with elevator), shops, restaurants, beaches, walks by the sea, everything can be done easily. Very warm welcome from our hosts, Marie and her husband (it's nicer than a key box), who showed us around the whole apartment up to the double-secured covered garage. From the balcony, facing east, it's surprising! Beautiful view of the sea 100m away. In the sun in the morning until about 3 p.m. Bakery at the foot of the building. Well-equipped apartment, except dishwasher. In short, everything you need for a pleasant stay.
