It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. All amenities are brand new. It is fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Its balcony is particularly pleasant during the summer.

We can leave two bikes at your disposal so you can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the accommodation. Comfortable 160 cm king size bench. Linens and dish towels are provided but NOT bath towels. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BICYCLE TRAVELERS WHO WANT TO RETURN THEM. we practice self check-in and check-out.
