Tours: The castles of Bricquebec and Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte are medieval works that are worth checking out, with its 11th century keep, Bricquebec has obtained the "City of Art and History" label and the city of Saint-Sauveur was the creative refuge of Barbey d'Aurevilly. The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Small cozy house in the countryside

Very charming little house ideally located in Cotentin! The nearest beaches (Surtainville or Rozel) are 10 minutes by car. Bricquebec (arts and history village), charming village is also 10 min by car. There are 2 supermarkets as well as the traditional Monday market. Valognes, medium-sized town (sncf train station), is only 20 minutes from the house. Finally, the East coast with the landing beaches discovery circuit is 30 minutes away.
