First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Plenty of parking for your car or even and RV. And if you are traveling with your fur babies, a gated area is available for them to roam around. The property is 5.6 acres but the backyard is off limits. The enclosed dog area, pool, and house is what is open to guest. Pool is open seasonally.

1800’s farm house close legends

Old farm house with 6 acres of land, located close to Legends shopping center and Kansas Speedway. Only 21 miles to the Chiefs and Royals stadiums. We are still working on getting the house and outdoor area ready for awesomeness. We would love your feedback to make our place better. There may be some bare spots in the yard and some landscaping in progress. Please bear with us during this process. We do have a microwave and a small toaster oven.
