Holiday rentals with a patio in Leawood

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I had a great stay at Cheryl's guest suite! From a dedicated parking spot, to easy access, to a fully stocked and immaculate space, I would 100% recommend staying here. The location can't get any better - 18 mins to downtown, 30 mins to airport, walking distance to old OP. Cheryl is an excellent communicator, and was so friendly and accommodating for us on check in / check out.

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate a wedding in KC. Everything was in top notch condition and extremely clean. The host was helpful and checked in throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

We had a great stay at Anchors Away and loved the surrounding area. Plenty of food/drink options within easy walking distance to the apartment.

This is an excellent home base to explore Kansas City. The apartment is spacious, private, easy to get to, and comfortable. Kellie was easy to communicate with, flexible, and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Ryan & Michelle host a very cozy spot with very beautiful surroundings & scenery. Their hardwork shows in both landscaping & cleanliness throughout the property and house. It was a pleasure to meet them both, very nice people! Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

We loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We loved the patio out back and enjoyed some dinners there. It was very family friendly; our kids loved the toys they had and the close parks nearby. Tiffany gave some suggestions of places to check out and was overall great with communication. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

This house was absolutely beautiful!! It made a perfect place for our family to stay to watch our daughter graduate with her PhD .

Great spot! We felt right at home. The house was comfortable to hang out in, with plenty of space to chill. The kitchen was very well stocked. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The location close to Prarie Villiage is very walkable and also centrally located within KC. We would stay here again!

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. Patrick is a great host, he was very responsive and friendly, and everything with check out/check in went perfectly smooth thanks to the details he provided. The home is so cute and so is the neighborhood! We all felt safe and had no concerns about our surroundings. It was clear that the home is well kept and it was very clean for us when we arrived. I also felt like it was quite a bit more spacious in person than I expected based off of the pictures which was a plus! I would recommend this AirBNB to anyone and I’d stay again myself in a heartbeat!

Our family came into town for a wedding, and we enjoyed staying at this home. It accommodated us well, was clean, and had a great location. If you have any trouble getting around, I will note that the upstairs bedroom and basement have some very steep stairs, and that it is an old home so is also pretty creaky. There is a lot of room to spread out, and our host was communicative and friendly! Overall, I would recommend this home.

Our stay was great! The house is in a great location and was easy to get in and out of. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our needs. If I had one wish, it would have been more space in the bathrooms. There was hardly any counter space or storage. Other than that- a great place!

Martha's home was immaculate, organized, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and felt right at home during our stay. The train can get pretty loud at night since the neighborhood is so quiet but Martha provides guests with ear plugs, which is really thoughtful. Communication with Martha was exceptional and she was very accommodating with a last minute schedule change on our end. I would absolutely recommend this home to others.

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

We enjoyed our time at Pamela’s property. Loved the park view. Very easy to get around. Lots of great areas within walking distance. Very comfy bed. Fully stocked if you want to stay in. Bathroom area is a little tight, but totally doable. Street parking and we never had an issue getting a spot. Would definitely stay again and really appreciate the wonderful, quick communication.
