Cabin with camping sites & firepit included! Our 10x10' cabin is nestled a 1/2 km into the forest on 260 beautiful acres. Experience off-grid life with just enough amenities to be comfortable. Grill food at the fire pit, hike, or cozy up to the woodstove and watch the wildlife wander by. A booking is for the whole location, and you decide who gets the cabin (sleeps 2) and who brings the tents. A 2nd 'bunk' cabin, for an additional fee, is always available for your extra guests. Located on a peninsula between two lakes, the large lake system offers endless hours of exploring with a paddle. The yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, wood stove, washroom, sleeping loft, separate bedroom, futon, laundry machine, and a hot tub! Completely unwind and listen to the owls every night, while cozying up by the fire.

Imagine vacationing on a beautiful lake with everything you need to enjoy time on the water – kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pedal boat and rowboat. . Inside is a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, central air-conditioning, walk-in shower and soaker tub. We have an entire house R/O system, so all the water from every tap is perfect. DO NOT BRING BOTTLED WATER. To swim you must paddle out to a raft. There is a small sandy beach with a wading area for the little children.

The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

This "rustic chic" home has been designed with your every comfort in mind. There will be no "roughing it" in this rural cottage, nestled in the beautiful Lanark Highlands. North Sky is a perfect getaway for everyone. In winter, we are close to the Snow Road snowmobile trails. In late winter, early spring - we are right in the middle of Maple Syrup country!
