Home features 4 bedrooms (2 en suite), 3.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen & large laundry/mud room. Two living spaces & tons of room for indoor and outdoor entertainment. Pool opens end of April & closes mid September. Pool closed as of 10/3/24.

Relax at Berdie's Nest and Overlook

Family-friendly home on acreage with a great view of the valley with access to the pool, playground, and baseball/softball field. The house sleeps up to 11, but we can accommodate larger groups with seasonal off-grid cabin stays, camping, and (1) RV connection (electric and water, no sewer) all for additional cost. Please contact us if interested in any of these options. The house is equipped with a central air scrubber that kills mold, bacteria, and viruses.

The cottage is located in the heart of Overland Park and located 20 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, Kauffman Stadium, downtown KC, NASCAR, Sporting KC and the beautiful Plaza Lights!! The complex offers a beautiful pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and a playground. The perfect location for your kid's sporting activities, family vacation or friend's getaway.

Full size kitchen. In ground salt water pool (in season), Hot tub outside. Fire pit, with wood and roasting sticks furnished. Murphy Bed in living room. Lots of outdoor seating on patio with tables. Games and cards in bedroom closet. Stocked kitchen with spices- blender-instant pot-crock pot-toaster. 30 minutes from Downtown KC and 20 minutes from Kauffman Stadium. A wonderful family place, not a party place.

The Black Walnut KC Pool House & Hot Tub

New pool house that sleeps up to 5 with two amazing king size beds and a pull out couch along with a beautiful full bathroom. Artificial pet friendly grass, heated pool, and hot tub that open year round make this a unique resort style stay in the heart of the favorite neighborhood of all of Kansas City - Brookside!
