Beautiful sea views are available from the terrace, the large living/dining room or from the kitchen. The night area is on the same level and consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bike path along the coast is a few meters from the house.

I welcome you to this studio adjoining my home. You will stay between beaches and tourist places (Mornac, Royan, La Palmyre, Rochefort). You have 40 m2 fully equipped for 1 family of 5 people. No extra cleaning fees (you do it.) Wi-Fi and barbecue included. Free if you have your sheets, otherwise 5 euros per bed (you would put the sheets in the machine at the time of departure). Welcome to our peaceful new maisonette located in Nieulle-sur-Seudre, a charming village in the heart of the Seudre marshes. It has a large bright living room with an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area. On the same level are two comfortable independent bedrooms, toilets and a bathroom with shower. Our house sleeps 6 people. You will be close to Royan, Ile d'Oléron, Saintes, Rochefort, La Rochelle etc.
