What a fantastic stay we had! This place is more than just a caravan. It felt like home from home. Such a spacious, comfortable and all round perfect place to stay. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The host was responsive and even came to the caravan to help us with some things when we arrived. Very close to whitstable, Hearn bay and not far from Broadstairs we visited them all. We will definitely be back.

We had to go out again to buy things like a sponge and dishwasher detergent, but Aldi and Tesco were nearby, so it wasn’t a big problem. The caravan was in very good condition, especially considering the price. The manager was very kind and explained everything clearly when we had questions. Our whole family really liked it.

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

We booked for a week and then booked again for a second week, Rory and his mum Jane were fantastic, even got an invite to a birthday party at their own home. Such a great family run business, I will be coming again possibly on a long term contract 😉☺️

What made our stay so great was the communication we had with Daisy. There were a few snags, parking, getting in the complex late at night without a key code, heating and water didn’t work the first day and the light in the kids room didn’t work. That said, she was incredibly helpful and polite. All sorted quick as a flash. Very clean, free WiFi, all you needed for a nice weekend break. Would 100% go again and recommend to any family. We’re a family of 5 and it was …..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!! Thankyou Daisy! 💙

Cherie was an incredible host! The communication leading up to the event was excellent, with Cherie taking the time to discuss the specifications of the houses. The pool was a perfect addition to our holiday, the neighbours were really lovely and the house was very easy to find. We are already thinking about when we can return!

This place was beautiful! Really felt like a time travel and a very worthwhile escape from ordinary living, but at the same time the modern comforts made it a pleasure to stay in. Everything worked beautifully and it was warm and comfortable. Both my partner and I would highly recommend this place and will consider it for ourselves again :) Host was excellent and really knows how to dress the place because every detail was perfect!

We absolutely loved this home and would love to stay again! It was immaculately clean, well equipped, and has a fab garden, which we were able to use a lot due to the gorgeous weather. Close to shops, great cafes and the beach. Really quick and helpful responses from hosts. We really appreciated the lovely welcome gift and the bucket and spade got a lot of use - thank you! We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back.

Extremely happy with our recent visit. We stayed here for a yoga retreat style weekend as a group of friends. The host was very helpful and gave us a tour on arrival and was on text messages if we needed anything. We brought our own yoga mats with us and did yoga on the decking with beautiful views surrounding us. We had a private chef cook us a meal - the kitchen was super modern and clean, dining tables outside and inside so if it's sunny you can make the most of the outdoor space. We visited local Yotes Court Vineyard for a tour which was fab and only 15 mins away by car. The property felt very clean and the facilities were perfect. Would 100% recommend and would visit again.

This place is 5 star in everyway. Tina was an excellent host and very responsive. The place was very spacious and clean. Comfy king bed and good shower. There’s a lovely welcome pack. Outside there’s a big outdoor setting overlooking fields and a fully fenced paddock to exercise your dog. Definitely be back!

Just wow, this is possibly the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Beautiful house, everything was high quality, kitchen had everything we could need! We were a big group staying for my daughter’s wedding locally & it was just perfect! I’d come back to this area just for this house!

Beautiful flat in the heart of Rochester

We had a lovely stay at Becky’s place. The house was very clean and comfortably spacious for our group of seven — no small feat when you’re trying to coordinate showers, tea rounds and who gets the comfy seat in the garden. The terrace and garden were a real highlight, with a little sea view that made morning coffees and evening drinks feel extra pleasant. The value for money was excellent, which we really appreciated. Now, the location… well, let’s just say Sheppey has a certain rugged charm. It’s not exactly buzzing with activity, but if you’re looking to unplug, stare at the sky and listen to seagulls with strong regional accents, you’re in the right place. The house itself is simple and functional. Becky was responsive and helpful throughout, and the listing was accurate. Thanks again for the stay!

An excellent cottage in a great location. Well appointed and close to all amenities. Mersea Island is a great place for a holiday or weekend away.

A perfect base for us to use ahead of my sister in law’s wedding in Stock. The house was easy to find, close to the high street and incredibly well stocked with all the facilities and gadgets we needed to get the wedding party ready on the big day - including a 2 week old baby! Stayed for 8 nights and we were very much at home. Doris is an excellent host and super generous. She even prepared a fresh loaf of bread and multiple choices of coffee, cereals, condiments, cheese and multiple sets of toiletries. The house is very clean and organised. The perfect place for any event with family and friends to relax and enjoy the chilled atmosphere with easy access to all facilities in the area. The host of Cantwara was outstandingly welcoming throughout our stay so I would recommend to anyone planning a staycation in the near future and beyond.

So I always book the accommodation when me and our guys work away We have had some great places down here but when the told me( I was not here the first trip ) about Sat,s place I said okay Nothing but 5 star reviews Now as I book the accommodation I am taking their word! As I write this I am actually here and I can see why they love it Immaculate house Amazing out doors space Sat is an amazing host always keeps in touch Internally and externally this place is class!!
