Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. The Lookout has an open living space including the kitchen. A compact bathroom and mezzanine bedroom with breathtaking views.
