The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes from central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are lovely walking trails along Lake Siljan nearby, which can be enjoyed in both summer and winter.

Cottage on a built-around horse farm in the cozy village of Gassarvet in Siljansnäs in Dalarna. The old log cabin on the farm has been renovated and has all the comforts. Enjoy beautiful views of Byrviken which is a bay of Siljan. The cottage consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a tar bed, fully-equipped kitchen and fireplace. Our house is located with a magical view of Lake Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment that we rent out is located in NB in a two-story house and is completely newly-renovated, spring 2023. The apartment is about 60 m2 and distributed over a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large sofa bed Sweef Bear Divan, 160 cm bed width, armchair bed, bedroom with double bed and fully tiled bathroom/toilet with shower. Welcome as a guest to our "apartment" that we recently built in our garage. The place is suitable for those who think small is naggingly good without sacrificing amenities. New, fresh and comfortable. The property has a private entrance directly adjacent to the driveway where you are welcome to park a car during your stay.
